I just couldn't believe there was nowhere to lay, lay down at by the pool on a lounge chair

I didn't like that by the pool. There was nowhere to lounge and lay down to get a tan. You should at least have a couple of those.

The pool was to cold. Took along time to adjust to the water temperature

20 mins from Huntington Beach. A lot of shopping centers and things ta do around. Having the jacuzzi tub in the room was very nice

My air-conditioning didn't work in my room and out was very hot. I didn't like that the pool closed at 8 pm on the Hotest day of the year-plus the air conditioner wasn't working- the only reason I came to the Hotel was for A.C. and Pool.

I loved the breakfast, the Lady Worker in the morning was very friendly and kept up st cleanliness and helping everyone at Waffles and loading up eggs and bacon. Very pleasant.

ADA shower not customer friendly. Lacking bedside plugs. Not told when we checked that we had to request maid service.

King size bed. TV menu. Bathroom counter space. Quiet. Good close ADA parking. Nice table and chairs.

The room key quit working a couple of times, and I had to go to the front desk to fix it. There were a lot of stray cats running around.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Area was pretty quiet at night. 20 minutes from the beach.

We had a group of students on a school trip, and they were very helpful and accommodating. Facilities were good. Breakfast was very good. Overall, would definitely book again on a school trip.

The walls are kind of thin so I can hear the stomping on the higher floor and the room beside. Also breakfast was the same every day

No big complaints other than the pool/ hot tub closing at 8:00pm. It just seemed too early in my opinion. 9:00pm would be a more appropriate time to lock the pool gate.

Very conveniently located! It was about 20 minutes from Disneyland and about 15-20 minutes from Huntington Beach. The room was kept pleasantly clean. No musty odors or smells in the non-smoking room.

What I did like was the clean comfortable bed.

We were there on Friday and sat on sat night / morning there was a room that the male and female were fighting. Then two females showed up and started yelling as well. The motorcycle reved his engine several times keeping us up most of night. Although one of the staff went to help it was still very upsetting. Oops what I didn't like

The place was always understaffed. Sometimes the front desk was open with a personnel. Sometimes it is closed. When we left at 6 am the front office’s lights were off and closed. Then a fellow appeared, opened a tiny window for us to give him the keys. We thought we were at a gas station in a high-crime area.

Location is close to many restaurants, malls, and beaches.Rachana who seems to work at the front desk, cleaning room and breakfast was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The facilities are outdated. The pillows size do not match to the bed size and they’re not comfortable at all. The bathroom is leaked and the ventilation doesn’t work properly. The breakfast doesn’t taste good. It is all Costco store boxed foods. The price of the room is not worth to the values

Only fault was it was raining and walkways to breakfast area, had trollies for housekeeping making it hard to keep our feet dry! Apart from that everything else was superb!

Best Western in Westminster was a quiet location, rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was more than we expected! We were allocated a Disabled Accessible room with a large bed!

My bed sheet had a stain when I arrived and the mini fridge did not work which kinda sucked, I had to get new room keys 3 days in a row because they stopped working after each day so that was kinda annoying but other than that it was great!

Staff was nice and cleaned rooms often, had breakfast available too.
