There were several issues with the functionality in the room. There was a shortage of wall outlets for plugging in my devices. Some of the very few I can locate did not seem to work.

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

The first 2 rooms were terrible and either smelled like smoke or smelled like a weird chemical. Also one room was extremely wet.

The last room was great and I was finally able to sleep.

Older interior finishes that may require updates or repairs, limited breakfast selection. I would have liked having access to free drinks during stay, including filtered bottled water or soda.

Great value, good customer service, quiet property, clean. Check in was quick and easy.

Little outdated for price, the cleaning products used were really strong. Overpowered the room the whole time. Loose toilet seat. Lamp plugs by beds didn't work, lamp in corner was ready to fall apart, so didn't even plug it in.

Room was clean, quiet evening. Sleeping comfort was ok and the air conditioner worked fine. Was there only one night. Gal at desk was polite.

The cleaning staff tried to come in at 8:25am with a quick knock then immediately entered without saying who they were. We were still sleeping from a 3am check-in. The “hot tub” is a jacuzzi tub. Paid extra for a false advertisement. And the shower is a death trap, very slippery and unsafe to be in.

The lady working the front desk when we checked in was great. The hotel was in a good location for our event.

the elevator smelled bad

it was clean except for the elevator and it had a weird smell. the facility could use some maintenance but our room was clean and the bed was great. pillows not so great though. I had my own. we were supposed to have booked 2 nights but Booking only did one and when we arrived the second night our door wouldn’t open. the front desk was extra nice and helpful and we got the second night taken care of and it was $18 less than the “bargain” that Booking gave us.

My bed was hard as a rock. I had dead bugs in my room. My towels were dirty. My room smelled musty. I will not be back. My parents room was musty and they had a cricket in their room.

Room was old which is fine, loveseat had mismatched cushions, that's fine but was not comfy at all since cushions didn't really fit the loveseat so couldn't sit on it, phone didn't work, all available plugin outlets did not work, A/C works sort of, was loud though. And the bed was terrible. Hard as a rock. Wife did not sleep at all due to bad back and hard, middle broken down mattress. Breakfast was tasteless, bland and couldn't eat. (I know I sound so picky but all these are facts.) Coffee was good. Should've asked for a refund but states no refunds period so we didn't bother. Won't be back.

Booking charge me $155 and quantity inn change $153... dollars. What happened i only book one room. Never happened to me before when I used booking .com. I'm not happy.

I felt harassed they kicked us out a day before because our dog we didn’t know there was a fee and they wouldn’t wait one more day for me to get my check to pay the $80 so we were kicked out gave an hour to gather our things. We just wanted a warm comfortable place for a couple days because we are living in our car. But they didn’t care..

Our stay was last minute, it was a bit pricey, but doable

Our refrigerator did seem to be working, the woman at the desk came to our room to check on it. I'm diabetic and needed someplace to store my insulin. She offered to put my meds in the office fridge. I thought that was great. W There are four of us , we needed more towels...my son had no problem getting more. We had a great stay at Quality.

There were some cigarette burns in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was very clean, but the burns could easily have been scrubbed out. The WiFi was super weak so it wasn’t worth using. The free breakfast was pretty bad. If you are going to advertise free breakfast it might as well be decent. I am not a picky eater by any means.

The bed was nice, pillows were perfect. everything was clean including the parking lot and the exterior of the building. Room was nice and roomy. Furniture was a bit old, but I am assuming that these hotels have very low profit margins with all the booking sites.

WiFi.

The service and everything else was acceptable. WiFi was very bad. For business travelers, having a great WiFi is very helpful. Most of my time there, I had to drop the facility WiFi and use my HotSpot.
