The lobby and hallways smelled like Marijuana. The carpets had some spots. The facility needs updating. If you purchase snacks, they are cash only. My toilet had a faulty float device, so I had manually adjust the float for the water reservoir to refill each time I flushed the toilet. I forgot to inform the front desk about the issue because I was in and out most of the time during my stay.

The staff was great and very helpful. Close to downtown and centrally located to business' (food, clothing, Walmart and other services). Staff was very knowledgeable of the area and ensured to resolve any issues promptly. There is a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. There is a Chevy dealership next to the property.

The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant, El Avacado, was terrific. The property was modest, but well-kept and cheerfully decorated.

The electric outlet is to old and not work good, need replace and the bed is no confort, I think is to old, is to hard, the next morning when We got out of bed, my back was in pain and my husband was the same with a broken back.

The hotel is very clean and nice, the breakfast is very good!!! We eat waffles, coffee, eggs and tost and is amazing!! The halls and good conditions is clean and small good

Nothing fancy but pretty much what you need for a night or two sleeps in Okmulgee

Recently stayed two nights at the Best Western off US Hwy 75 in Okmulgee. Reservation was made through booking.com a couple weeks ahead of my visit. Payment was processed upon arrival, check-in was relatively quick. Check-in staff were very friendly and conversational several times when I stopped by to say Hello in the mornings. That was nice. Location is roadside, there is an attached Mexican restaurant and a breakfast room, breakfast comes with your room. Standard biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage and waffle station setup, cereal and oatmeal, coffee and juice. Otherwise, you need to drive a mile or two into Okmulgee for more restaurant, convenient store and supermarket options. Plenty of parking right in front of the hotel. Room is basic but sufficient for purpose. Plenty of space for luggage, bed and pillows were ok. Rooms included work desk, TV, bathroom, ok shower water pressure. Enough lighting, A/C, TV and wifi were all fine. There was an ironing board, iron, microwave, fridge and small coffee pot.

although the hotel was overall clean, the elevator had a strong mildew/mold smell in it. my key did not work to get me in the main door and my room more than once so they had to re-swipe the key for me. it was a easy fix and the employees were pleasant, but it was still a big inconvenience

it looked nicer in person than the photos which was nice. employees were all very nice and helpful. the breakfast was good.

Door lock in room123 is broken, prevented us from accessing the room with the card key. Luckily the hotel staff was very responsive, getting us back into our room very quickly.

Breakfast was terrible. Restaurant service was terrible, they didn't refill my water glass and then while I was watching the TV they cut it off and just closed the Restaurant and didn't ask if I needed anything
