Hotel is older. Room smelled musty but was clean. The carpet left my socks dirty. Lighting in the vanity area was poor. Sheer curtain on the window was torn and inside of the blackout curtains were either dirty or stained.

Typical breakfast buffet. Good selection. Biscuits and gravy were better than expected.

No name tags. I booked and paid via booking.com. The billed me for the proper rate from booking.com then proceeded to charge an additional separate charge for $518.37 on my credit cards and when I asked them about it they told me my bank had put the additional charge on my card. Horribly untrained staff. Rusted bathtub chipped, bubbled and peeling paint on all walls, horrible smell in room and dead millipedes on floors I didn’t like anything

The front desk staff who was on duty on night shift till morning. When I check out she was busy in her cellphone and not even looking at me and looks like she doesn’t want to be distracted. when I ask her nicely so that she will realize her act that you are in the customer service at least show some gesture and she replied that’s she’s been up all night and she’s so tired. As if she doesn’t care at all about her job or the wont care about customer service.

It was 55 degrees outside that night. I turned the heat on in the room, but it never warmed up. We already unpacked and didn't want to change rooms. My wife slept in her clothes with her jacket on and both bath towels on top of her. I WAS NOT going to leave this review here, but Wyndham Corporate and website gave me no other option. My parents just moved into an independent living facility, so we can't stay with them anymore. We need a place we like to stay every time we visit them. I liked the location, and the price was just a little outside of what I wanted to pay. After the no heat incident, and the poor customer service from Wyndham, I think we have to keep looking for another place.

The lady at the front counter was nice, and the lady who ran the breakfast buffet was super nice. It's a good location with things to do nearby in all directions.

The room door was difficult to open, the light bulb was blown and had to get help from Sky who was very helpful. But these are things that should have been checked before I got there. I got stuck in the elevator it eventually worked.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the beaches being so close.

After requesting a room clean and linen change and more towels, we never had that done one time in our five day stay. I had to go get our own linens and change the sheets, etc and we had to go get our own towels or wash and use our own personal ones. My step daughter was coming to stay for one night and the person at the desk told me he would absolutely get her a room and I didn’t need to book it online, then she arrives and he said he had no vacancies. Luckily, she reserved her own room so was fine in that sense, but her room had a broken dresser drawer, half hanging out and they saw a baby cockroach inside their microwave when they went to use it. It was just sad, for the price we spent.

It was good, but the same thing every day.

Plumbing was a mess! Shower did not drain n filled-up past ankles. Leak over toilet from vent, when unit above us showered. Laundry room was very dirty n full of bugs! Worst of all, they charged us an extra $500 for having therapy dogs, which is against the law for them to discriminate against.

The front desk man in evening was very nice and helpful.

Ok, so the toilet in the room is round but, the seat they have on it is oblong. Quite a challenge to use. Gutters leaked right outside our room so the area was always wet. Breakfast room was nothing to speak of.

Right off 41 very convenient to our destination. Parking just outside the room.

Better sign to find Hotel and breakfast facilities. Uneven walkways and deteriorating stairs. Antiquated showers and plumbing. Worn carpet, thread bare with exposed tack boards!

Door was open after I checked in, except leaves and paper blew into the room. One morning of no hot water in the bath/shower. The box a/c unit was effective (fairly new LG brand) but loud. ‘Upgraded’ breakfast bar but fruit was scarce except for bananas.

Like a motel, parking was right outside of the door. Staff seemed happy to be there. Plenty of ice in the outdoor machine once it was located. Lobby staff seemed to space visitors out so there was a minimum of outside noise. Very good coffee in the breakfast area.
