The A/C was needing a cleaning of the filter or something, because it just felt humid all night with it running on the low and high setting.

It was a short drive to visit the Zoo and it was right next to a nice restaurant with live music Friday and Saturday nights. Good quality coffee machine in the lounge area.

Nothening, this hotel is wonderful. I could suggest that people with small children be advised at check-in, that if they are on top floors, children shouldn't be running threw halls or rooms after 9pm.

This hotel is amazing, quiet most of the time, rooms very clean, more spacious than most hotels. Staff was amazing. Pool and spa fantastic. I got to my room very beautiful, nice view, except one problem a/c wasnt working. Very quickly, they got me a new room and upgraded it for the inconvenience. I COMPLETELY RECOMMEND this hotel. I very stayed there 3 times so far this is my 4th time and I definitely plan on staying more.. Thank you staff, keep rocking!

Noise from the restaurant across the street until around 22:30–23:00, which may disturb light sleepers, but I guess this is out of the staff control.

Spacious, modern rooms with ample storage, a superb outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, a gym, a large parking lot, and thoughtful touches like an ice/water station and complimentary morning coffee. Good public transport and dining options are just a 5-minute walk away. Friendly and helpful staff.

WiFi was probably the only thing I had an issue with. Couldn’t watch the apps on tv and my devices.

The meal vouchers were very nice, but it would be helpful to clearly explain that the free breakfast is not at the hotel so visitors can plan accordingly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great that the hotel is pet friendly!

WiFi and internet connection is weak.

The location was perfect! The proximity to all the places I had to travel to did not take a long time. I love the fact that I didn’t have to pay for parking. The pool is heated so we got to swim on a gloomy and windy day and it wasn’t freezing. The laundry room was clean and convenient. The interior of the hotel was beautiful.

The outdoor spaces could use more upkeep with the cleaning. The back entrance pathway was super sticky and kinda dirty. Seems like some guests come for a weekend of partying, filling the trash cans and leaving their beer cans in the parking lot.

Location is good and rooms are ample. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a refrigerator in our room that wasn’t working. I have medication that requires refrigeration so we needed a functioning refrigerator. They wouldn’t switch our room or exchange the refrigerator so we had to wait for maintenance to come to our room. He “repaired” it but it never really got cold so this was a source of stress and concern for me during our entire stay. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay. To “celebrate our stay” the hotel gave us a bag with one granola bar and two bottles of water. 🤣 It was pretty sad.

The 4th floor hallway had an odd smell, like a plumbing and drain issue. Also, the walkway, in the back entrance to parking lot, is very sticky. It needs to be washed down more frequently or something.

The location is great and the rooms are comfortable. It has some nice touches like the free coffee, water bottle filling stations, and newspaper.
