United StatesMy only complaint was the frozen/mixed drinks. They definitely could have used some pizzazz, new recipes, & improvements. For starters, add more alcohol, fresh/real fruits, umbrellas, etc. The frozen drinks were too slushy & lacked flavor.
This is an older property, but very clean. The staff was super courteous & attentive. Property was well taken care of. The closeness to the beach was awesome. The hotel has everything you may need & even things that you don't need, they got you covered. There is a gift shop, bar, food, Starbucks coffee, umbrella/chair rentals, & ice-cream available on site. The pool was amazing & very clean. Honestly, I am impressed with the busiest of the staff. Every employee I saw was always busy & hard at work to maintain a clean, inviting environment. The hotel could use a few updates, but overall, a great stay!

United StatesThey aren’t very timely in getting the rooms cleaned and ready for the incoming guest. We waited over 3 hrs to get in our room. They were very happy to give us discounts on their restaurant. So much so it seemed like a regular thing. They also need extra help for the their breakfast crew. They did an amazing job. But someone was dropping the ball on keeping the food they serve in stock. We were there for a week and each day there was less and less to choose from. Those are my only complaints.

United StatesThe faucet water was nasty. That may be an island problem, but when brushing teeth and showering you could smell/taste dirt or something. The parking lot was always full regardless of their attempts to keep out non-hotel staying parkers at night. It's just too small.
Free breakfast, the hotel itself, and proximity to the beach. Getting to the hotel was very easy, very close to the main road going into the island.
