Very small trickle of water from sink bathroom sink. Toilet was very slow to flush, had to hold handle down until finished.

Dog barking most of night. Called front desk and dog stopped. No coffee in room. Dusty railings.

The pillows were absolutely atrocious not one person was able to sleep the entire night and everybody woke up with pain in their neck from the pillows. Other than that everything was nice except the floors had not been clean, and God knows how long walking from the shower to the bed, our feet were black and it was gross.

I put up the do not disturb sign two out of three of my nights. The first day was fine. Second day I had forgotten to put it up - nothing was done to my room. Third day, I had the sign up but I noticed clean towels and my garbage emptied. Bed stayed unmade. What made me the most upset was the fact housekeeping planted her cart directly in front of the stairs. She could see I was carrying stuff down the stairs, but chose to ignore me and let me finagle my way around the cart. When I mentioned on checkout why I refused to tip housekeeping - the gentleman told me she was clinically deaf. Not sure what deaf had to do with the fact that she watched me struggle to get around her cart and chose to ignore me. He never apologized just jumped to an excuse.

The room was clean. Staff at the desk was very friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was in a safe area.

Didn't have enough towels for the guests registered in the room. Requested housekeeping and they emptied the trash and left too few towels again.

As senior citizens, we didn’t like walking up the stairs especially when we were carrying our luggage.

The room has seen better days. I stayed with my dog so maybe they put me in an older room, but the paint and wallpaper was lifting from the walls and there were stains in the grout and walls that seems inevitable from age. The tub was painted at one point and peeling, the rails were spotted with rust. Every single towel in the bath was stained in some way. I think it was clean but I can't actually tell because everything was so well used.

Great Location for an event at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds. The free coffee and breakfast was convenient to have. The man at the front desk was friendly and responsive.

Very unappealing when pulled up. Room was very outdated, outside looked rundown. Pictures on booking.com made it look a lot nicer than it was. Very disappointing!

Front desk person to be there when I arrived. Ice machines to be operative

Did not try the breakfast. No ice machines working had to by ice from the front desk. Waited about 10 minutes to check in. Because no one was there at the front desk. So a little bit of a bad start. But ended up ok.

It wasn’t what I expected.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast because there was a miscommunication. The room wasn’t what I expected. The pictures were totally different than what I saw in person.

Just a very poor set up

The beds need to be upgraded mattresses. You could feel every spring in the mattress.
