The rest rooms were too small. The entry door was not leveled so it was somewhat difficult to close. Then the front desk employee charged me a second time so I was out of that money and still haven’t been reimbursed. That was frustrating.

Location and price. The pool was nice and clean.

No complaints but the cost was a little steep

The bed was very clean and pillows was perfect. Bathroom was clean stocked with towels. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good and fresh. Juice was good and coffee was good. Swimming pool was clean and hot tub was hot.

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, was yellow spots all over the bathroom door, like urine, and bugs in the window and the towels and bed both had thick black hairs all without.

Old, uncomfortable mattress. Door did not close well and had to be slammed to shut it...I'm sure it was very disruptive to neighboring rooms. Housekeeping staff starts extremely early pushing very loud carts up & down the sidewalk outside the rooms. Being woken up at 7:30a on vacation is never ideal.

The heavy musty smell in the room. This may have something to do with the age of the facility. The bed was not at all comfortable. At breakfast, the milk was spoiled. When I reported it, they quickly replaced it. You get what you pay for.

The price and location were good. The grounds and room were clean. The breakfast was included. I loved that there was no carpet. The floors were clean.

Pillows were very small. Saw a roach in the bathroom. Doors stick ( were already fixing it upon checkout). Hairdryer was sparking, and bathroom door knob was loose ( 3 different rooms). They said they would fix those too.

Room was large and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage which changes daily. Also waffles, muffins, bagels etc.

Everything could have been better. Fix it up beautiful like your other best westerns. Too expensive for those rooms. Motel 6 probably better looking.

Great staff clean room but way too expensive for that hotel. No elevators. Best western is known for having nice hotels this was not one.

We had a handicapped room with roll in shower and grab bars which was awesome but the toilet was too low and beds high. Also the water didn't get very hot in the shower.

The staff was amazingly helpful and it was very clean, great location for what we needed to do very convenient.

No elevator but it really didn’t matter, it was roach free!

I literally booked the last room of the night while standing in the parking lot of another hotel due to an infestation of roaches. When we arrived a few minutes later, I was greeted by the most pleasant concierge. I explained to her what happened and she immediately got us taken care of. Next morning, I received a curtsey text just to see how our stay was. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and staff was great.

Was pretty dirty, had to use a towel to clean up spilled water and towel was basically black when I finished. Floors were extremely dirty but I guess the bed was okay.

The tub was a little smaller than anticipated which was a little disappointing since it was our main reason for visiting. We didnt use the jets at all, so not sure if it really worked or was cleaned properly. The view out any of the windows isn't anything interesting. Our room was on the first floor and a lot of the pool attendees passed by our window. Also the pillows are super thin and lumpy.

The whirlpool tub was wonderful. The staff was kind. Good free breakfast. Location is easy to access. Bed was decent.

The beds were very uncomfortable, they had a metal spring frame that made noise every time you move. The pillows were uncomfortable as well. Breakfast needs to be better with more options. The door to our room was very hard to close, we had to slam hard for it to close. You can hear the noise from outside, which i didn't like.
