The staff, especially in the restaurant, were excellent. We enjoyed perusing the art display on the walls of the 1st floor hallway of antique cars. The indoor pool was very nice. The restaurant was a plus and the food was 1st rate.

The back parking lot was gated. We got lost in the hotel after we checked out at the front desk and couldn’t find door B to go out, so we went out the front and walked around… and it was GATED shut. Ugh!! We had to walk back around to the front and walked all the way around the other side because there is NO signage (that we found) inside to door B.

The interior is beautiful!! The room doors, the restaurant, it all looks so nice. The rooms that have a nice cleanable floor, Loved it.

If you don’t have a name brand bank you can’t use card I showed bank card and it was denied and no free breakfast . Water leaked from ceiling onto the floor the next morning we where there

Our room was right near the pool, front desk and bar/restaurant. There was a TON of kids due to volleyball tournaments and Hockey Tournaments happening. In addition to the kids there was an adult party happening in the bar. Needless to say it was VERY loud until around 12:30am. We would definitely stay again but would request a different room.

When i made my reservation through booking.com there was no mention of the breakfast buffett costing $5. It was free the last time i stayed. Also, we ate at mugleys for supper fri night and was not satisfied. The baked potato tasted awful. Like it had garlic butter on it. The cod fish was not cooked in middle

Ok first I book the hotel I think back in December for a show in March... it was not the room I thought. My original thought was I booked room with a spa bathtub...it was a stand up shower...also we thought the pool had a hot tub, which it did but it was under construction which we did not know nor did they tell us when we got there. The hotel is pink...and rather big. It is really nice and fancy otherwise it had different types of rooms. It made me think it was perfect for like a wedding where you had to fly a big family in from somewhere and they could all stay in the hotel. I would go back if the price was right and the hot tub was working. Also I thought I was getting breakfast cause I booked through Booking and they made me pay for breakfast...and it was just the continental breakfast you get free anyway..

I always stay here when I come home to visit. It's a nice location and very close to my family and clean! I will say a lot has changed over time, but it will not stop us from coming.....you have to pay for breakfast now per night, and you have to have wrist bands now when you go to the pool, but you know what, hopefully it will stop people from bringing extra people who shouldn't be there if they're not paying and keep out the rift raft and all the drama that shouldn't be there...it is a really nice hotel and has been there since I was a kid, I've given my kids bday parties there...so they have to protect there investments and I totally get it. Other than that, I will always be a valid customer here. The changes won't run me and my family away! Til next time!!!!

Maybe the temperature of the swimming pool room could be a little warmer.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Best Western in Allen Park. We enjoyed the breakfast, free parking, swimming pool, big screen TV in the room, and the overall professionalism and kindness of the staff.
