United StatesOne towel I picked up had an old stain on it. There is no central light to brighten up the room, only lamps. The soap dispenser was usable but a bit wobbly broken. Breakfast options are very limited.
I liked how friendly the front desk person was when I first got there. Explained all the details well. The area was safe and peaceful. It is also central to many shops and stores that you might need. I liked that breakfast was included (I didn't know from the booking)

United StatesThe $100 deposit isn't refunded until housekeeping clears the room which is long after the guests have left. By then it is your word against theirs about the state the room was left in. I don't agree with that. If they won't refund your deposit until the room is cleared then the housekeeping staff should review the room at the point of check out so the credit can be given at that moment.
The #1 best thing was the bed. It was so comfy I wish I could have taken it home. The breakfast was adequate not great. The room was very clean. I didn't see a single hair anywhere in the room.... I've stayed at much more expensive hotels and found hair. It was very convenient on/off the interstate to access everything we wanted in Nashville without the expense of a Nashville hotel.
