Got a king room with hot tub, it was a jetted tub not as big as hoped for but still nice. No elevator made lots of trips. Had registered for 3 adults for two days and only got 2 towels asked for one more the first night was given not a bath towel very small as all adults kind of uncomfortable. We had the room cleaned and hoped for a third towel but again didn’t get one so that was not ideal.

Great location and room was a great size. Easy to find the room. Check in and out were a breeze. Breakfast was nice not just muffins and toast and cereal. Nice pool outside. Nice property. Close to lots of things to do

The staff are exceptional and friendly. Hope always asks if you're doing ok or need anything. The gentleman at the front desk is always friendly and easy to work with. And if I need something all I have to do is ask and he usually fixes it for me.

The hotel needs a remodel. The long hallways are poorly lit and go downhill since the hotel is on a slope. I felt like I was heading down to a subway station. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew.

The room is large. Plenty of room for my husband, myself, and our two teenage daughters. There are two sinks/vanities, so very nice having two daughters. Despite the age, the room seemed clean.

Weird smell in the room. Breakfast was very short during the weekday, not much choice and staff was a bit unfriendly. They wouldn’t even let you take a yogurt if it was one minute over breakfast time.

We didn’t like how small the bathroom was, and how the door was positioned to where you couldn’t open it with someone in there. The toilet didn’t flush very well, maybe a plumbing issue? Also the road noise was quite loud.

We liked the room, the included hot breakfast, and the amazing affordable rates!

I dont like that the bed is so close to the A/C and heater. We got two queen beds. The toilet seats are so small, and the toilet paper are so low quality.

I like the cleanliness, and decorations with nature images at the lobby.

The main sink was missing the aerator/screen on the faucet causing the water to just gush out. The toilet took 3-4 flushes to clear the bowl. The electrical outlets were very loose, had a hard time keeping things plugged in. I use a CPAP machine and it came unplugged during the night with the machine sitting on the floor next to the outlet. I've stayed here a few times before and this was the only time I've had any issues.

The staff was great, as usual. The breakfast was good. The room was clean, housekeeping did a good job.

Room has only one chair, both of us could not sit on the balcony at the same time. Yes, carpet is old, dated.

Our room was clean and quiet on the second floor. We got a good size room the two beds were fine. Wifi, tv everything worked as expected. A good breakfast included in the price was nice, no complaints. Staff were friendly and polite.

Carpet in our room has seen better days, but it was a clean as it could be for the age it looked. Breakfast was not what I was expecting. Mini fridge that held the milk and juice as well as the condiments for bagels and toast didn't even feel on.

The room was big and spacious. Very nice for the price we paid. King size bed and pull out couch and still plenty of room for our stuff as we had been traveling from MN for a wedding. Breakfast was a bit lacking, but it was food to fill the void. Facility is a bit dated, but the pool was nice and big, hot tub is hot and the pool wasn't too cold, for being outside.

The pool looked run down and dirty. This was the first pool I have had at a hotel that I didn’t want to swim in. They lock the milk/creamo fridge at 0900 sharp so you can’t even get a coffee in the morning unless you are there prior. The staff running the kitchen refused to unlock it even though she was there.

The staff at night was kind of rude when answering questions. It was late when we checked in and we were being in the car for 6 hours so coming in and getting that Attitude was very disappointed.

The coffee machine was a little tricky to figure out at first, and there was only one for a busy breakfast room, which was a little congested and harder to move through.

A clean, well-appointed and spacious room. It was quiet and overall was perfect for our needs. The hot breakfast was good.
