The room wasn't in the best of shape the fire alarm was hanging down by a exposed wire. The AC was not adequate, it barely cooled the room

Swimming pool needed to cleaned better. Couple of days water had a green tint.

Breakfast was ok but needs more variety. I don’t eat cereal or eggs so I was limited to yogurt or fruit.

There was a large group of men and women at the pool Wednesday night drinking beer and they would take turns getting into the pool to urinate and they did this up until one of the women in the group called them out on it. It's disgusting that a group of grown men used the pool to vacate their bladders. We immediately got out and left the area. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to roll back cameras too see it unfold.

This place is great it's the guest's that ruined it for us.

I adressed with one on the male workers the following morning that a person was sleeping on the 2nd floor in the vending ice room…..this is not acceptable as children/ teens are going to these areas to get ice! My husband went 2 times and both the guy was sleeping on the floor…scared the heck out of him. The second time the guy got up and followed my husband down the hall….Secondly the 1st floor where coffee is served he was also there getting coffee and made such a mess all over the machine and floor! At that time the staff worker)male) spoke to him but never came back out to clean the mess up and people eating at that tome were also acknowledging the issue. The same staff worker pulled his sweatshirt sleeve over his hand and touched the food container tops putting them back on the food…this also should have been using gloves. My conversation with the worker about the guy sleeping he kinda blew it off and said they are only allowed in to the drink machine area but not the food area but never said anything when i said he was found sleeping on the 2nd floor….

The breakfast was exceptional. Best I have seen so far. Lots to choose from. Staff was real friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Would recommend to friends and family.

It was noisy; I was near one of the doors to the outside, so there was alot of bumping and noise. But I know it's not the hotel's fault if people are noisy. I thought it was somewhat pricey, but I haven't stayed in a hotel since Covid so like everything else I'm sure it's just how it is.

I was surprised to see hot food like bacon and eggs. It was a nice variety for breakfast.

Need to enforce pool area to be closed by set time to assist noise to other hotel guests.

Rooms were large and our bed was comfortable and 4 pillows were perfect outdoor pool and indoor hot tub.

The housekeepers wouldn’t clean our room like we were wanting. Our beds were never made. Had to call to get our trash taken . Even saw others have theirs out in the hall and was there for days.

Breakfast was a little short. Over by 9am. The water pressure was a little on the soft side. Had to spend extra time to get all the soap off.

Couple of minor issues, like tear in the curtains, door on the bathroom was a bit beat up.

Overall a very good stay, we checked in very late and the guy checking us in was so nice and friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room itself was very spacious. Hotel was very quiet and not much outside noise at all.
