The pool was closed for remodeling. That would have been nice. No hot tub.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was awesome. The staff stayed on top of the food and coffee. We enjoyed our stay and will probably book again next year the same time.

The toilet was too low to the floor which made getting down and up difficult. Regular or chair height would have been much better.

Carpets in the corridors need replacement. Trash cans in each room to collect recyclable items,is a good idea that needs to be looked at into

To be fair, it’s an old building. It’s a labyrinth of rooms! The carpets could use a good steam cleaning. Our room was directly across from the breakfast room. We were up early and out, but poor location if you were sleeping in from a late night drive. The pool is not open. It looks like management isn’t in a big hurry to get it going.

Excellent location! The room was comfortable. Despite the location to a major road, very quiet. A full breakfast with eggs, sausage and a waffle machine. If the motel coffee isn’t your vibe, there’s a Starbucks around the corner. All in all a decent one night stay to attend an event at the fairgrounds .

The lobby had 2 big spots of water damage in the ceiling. They were rather large and the first thing I noticed upon entering. Not a good look! In fact the next day the water had completely come through the ceiling and buckets were on the floor. I wasn't a fan of the carpeting in the rooms either. But that could be a me thing. Just feel like carpet holds a lot of nasty stuff.

If I could give 10 stars for Paula, who basically ran the place, I would!! She was the only one on duty the night we checked in and she was still attentive to all our needs! Even running to our room to fix our TV for us!! And she did all this without an attitude and even had a smile for us. Whatever she's being paid, it should be doubled. The hotel itself was understaffed and in need of some repairs. But the room was clean and the bed was good enough for a 2 night stay. Also breakfast was extremely good!! Hot and well stocked. We were going to go to a local restaurant for breakfast but after seeing what they had to offer we didn't.

Slow draining tub. Slow flushing toilet. Could use a deep cleaning (switches, knobs etc. ).

Inexpensive, convenient location. Staff was great. Our room was ready when we got here. Easy shower. Easy air conditioning. Sink in the bathroom area not out in separate area. Plenty of towels. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.

Couldn’t find the elevator.

It is in a beautiful forested area. A restaurant is on the property, but I didn’t get to go, it seemed very popular, maybe I will in the future.

I requested a double bed ,and got a full bed room so my daughter and I had to share , little uncomfortable for her she likes her own bed .other than that it was wonderful.

Breakfast was very limited and basic, not much variety to speak of, but typical for hotels in this price range. Nothing particularly impressive overall, but it served its purpose.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it a good option for a quick overnight stop. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, which adds to the convenience. The room was spacious and clean, and parking was easy and available. When we visited, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which didn’t affect our stay much, but it’s worth noting. A clean, practical hotel for a night in transit—nothing fancy, but convenient and functional.
