The hotel is quite outdated. The bathrooms appear original and look like in a 1-star hotel. The hotel's pool is small, and the pool area is not maintained well- there are broken tiles and things of that nature.

I booked this stay for the party that's happening at the WTR Pool. I liked the fact that I was just a step away from my hotel room and that I could enjoy the water view where the property is located, not from my room thought.

My family was very disappointed in the way that your staff closed the pool during our stay. Very hot at the time. Was told Fla law has to close all pools at 9pm.

No breakfast. Small Cafe to purchase breakfast.

The air conditioner was in fan mode all the time. Unable to put it on AC. Pool area, it's not how they describe on the website , The cabana is on the other side only for adults, so kids can not go to that side of the pool and adult has to pay $10.00 no matter if you stay at the hotel. We checked late, and even though I called and told them they canceled the room, I reserved with Ocean View and gave me another room with a parking view. Everything was expensive at the pool. Overall hotel it's s ok, everything is clean and staff are very nice....the view is super nice .. Just bring your beverages .

Shower drain stopped up, toilet ran continuously & no toilet paper or shower shampoo/soap. I reported shower & toilet issue first morning there but it wasn’t fixed until after I reported again on the second day

The less than clean rooms and the awful eyesore of the once beautiful over water gazebo that appears to have been partially washed away by a storm. Not sure what is going on with that but it’s definitely not an appealing view.

The location is beautiful as well as the staff. Always has been. I’ve been a local regular at The Godfrey for 13 years.

Extremely dirty. The ceilings had mold, I saw multiple roaches, bathtub was filthy.

The views are phenomenal if you are facing the bay. The parking lot views are nothing to brag about.

Nowhere near a beach, this is a nice Hotel but clearly for a younger more party type crowd. Nights were way too noisy.

Pool hour were too soon, after a full day of activities my family and I missed the pool. It shop stay open to adults all night. The facility is in need of renovation, however the maintenance team was vary punctual

Other than the rooms the rest of the place hallways, sliding door almost couldn't open, pool area could you some updating.

The drunk girls in bikinis being carried to their rooms by security staff. Unfortunately they shared our lift, instead of waiting for the next one!!! so we were subjected to this behaviour.

I asked for ice because the 3 rd floor was broken and the guy gave me a bucket (not in the room) and told me to go to the 4th floor. If he had customer service skills he would have offered to get it for me. The fourth floor was also broke.

It’s a bit dated a few things broken…shampoo dispenser and when attempting to lock the slider the lock came off and you could see it wasn’t the first time as many holes were drilled. There is a day club at the resort and the techno type music was blaring all afternoon. Also the amount of pot being smoked was ridiculous both inside and out completely reeked.

Beds were very comfortable slept well. Free parking is a bonus and the location was great. Only a few miles from the airport and beach. Overlooking the bay we saw dolphins and sea turtles.

The bathroom was old and shabby. The tub was stained and in need of replacing. Floor was all scratched up and the desk was broken. Definitely needs some fixing up.

The room was falling apart. When we got there our fridge was leaking, there was a big initial carved in the toilet seat, and the light in the ceiling was falling off. The room was just basic, but nothing special. There were some parts of the paint that were coming off the walls in the bathroom and it just looked run down. Overall the stay was not great.
