How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There was nothing that was bad.
Location was close to everything that I needed. The facilities were nice and comfortable. The hot breakfast was extremely good and very welcome.

No signage showing which way to elevators or lobby. Carpet in room wasn't very clean, bathtub needs a good scrub with bleach. Sheets were scratchy.
Location was great, staff friendly, lobby clean. Breakfast was about the same as others.

There was actually nothing bad, but the carpet in the halls seemed outdated. The rooms were not carpeted, but that was OK because the rooms were nice. Breakfast was very good. Lots of selections to choose from. People that were there were friendly.
Easy to get to and convenient for the places to go to around.

There wasn't a microwave in the breakfast room to heat the muffins.
Staff was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, along with continental breakfast items. Fitness room was nice but the bench could use some TLC. There was a jetted bathtub in our room however it took a long time to fill with enough water to use. Indoor pool looked nice although we didn't use it.

I did not like staying on the second floor. My room was paid for with a credit card, yet, I was asked to submit another card for any miscellaneous charges which might occur.
Convenient. Room was spacious. Breakfast was nice and breakfast staff was very accomodating.

Jacuzzi promised in our room didn’t work and no one told us. There was no out of order sign or anything. The night clerk seemed to know nothing about it. The Manager, the next morning, admitted he knew it was out of order and offered a weak apology for the “inconvenience “, yet offered no future discounts or reimbursement of any kind. As a previous manager myself, I find that unacceptable.

I thought my bed wasn't that great, but my wife loved hers! And that's all I could complain about. Going to stay there again next time through!
Everything was clean and freshly painted. Loved the layout of the grounds, convenient for walking the pup. Lots of amenities on site, we didn't have time to check them out though.

Lady at check in was just there, no smile, nothing. Was quite loud with the pool and all the kids. I could hear my neighbors phone conversation clearly with the TV on. He was talking in a normal level, too. If you need just to sleep choose a different hotel. If you have kids or are young it's a good choice. One single long strand of hair in the sink...dunno how they missed that. I'm bald so it wasn't mine. The remote literally stuck to my hand for a second it was so sticky. Had to sanitize it for my own sanity.
Hotel was great. The breakfast was great. The lady who was running it was great.

Cigarette smell and mold smell in room. Walls are extremely thin. Could hear everything going on.
Staf was friendly. The hotel looked like they were trying to keep the hotel clean.

My window is facing a roof. I open the blinds and blinded by a reflective roof that may be an add on to the property. After a long day night of traveling I requested a late check in so the staff knew we would be in late. Once arrived I waiting in the front lobby for a while. I called and waiting. Another guest walked in and decided to know of the office door. We both looked around for anybody and about 5 minutes after knocking a staff member appeared from the office.
The property is very cute and comfortable
