Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe breakfast was vegan only. Tasted a bit unusual. There was no real milk for coffee, only oa milk and almond milk. My wife mentioned that there was a very light smell of a dog, but that is understandable as people can stay here with animals, personal ones and from shelter.
The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are good. Very spacious. The Hotel supports the animal sanctuary. Very beautiful outside, surrounded by red Rock canyon .

United StatesThe only thing I didn't like is that my stay was too quick! We were only there for 1 night as we were just passing through town and didn't have a lot of time to dilly dally!
When I booked this place, I had NO idea what I was booking. If you are an animal lover, this place is FANTASTIC! The room was equipped with everything you need for your pups! Dog bowls, a cute little pawprint sticker on the toilet paper roll (yes, that made me smile)! They have a pull-out dog bed at the foot of the bed and provided awesome treats for the boys (puppies) upon arrival. The Mercantile is amazing and all profits go back into the animal sanctuary operation! If you are looking for a place to cater to your animals, look no further, you will LOVE it! The dog park area is super cool, and they also have a doggie spa area so you could bathe your puppers too! I was so taken with this place that I am hopeful to go back and volunteer at the Animal Sanctuary!

Great rooms and especially wonderful if you’re bringing your dog as it has all kinds of amenities that accommodate your pup. Quiet, clean, modern, dog friendly, great location.

This place was the most dog inclusive facility I’ve ever been to. It’s been a real struggle to find accommodations that did not charge an arm and a leg, that was clean, comfortable and quiet & smoke free. I was initially skeptical how close the rooms were to each other, but you couldn’t hear the person in the next room and that’s real important when you have a reactive dog. My dog settled easily in the room, even when I had to step out. The location was nearby a lot of hiking trails & the people were friendly and very helpful.
