It was an older building and the water situation on the floors and everywhere even in the elevator was always dirty.

We had a nice balcony with a pretty good view of the ocean

I was in room number 530. Had a jacuzzi tub but it was very dirty. No towels but the ladies at front desk took care of the towels. I asked for non smoking so I did t know why there was an ashtray in the room. I stay at Bermuda sands every time I come to Myrtle beach but I am gonna have to rethink it next time. I have included pictures. ( first picture is tub. Second picture is right after walking in the door there was a large empty space..not sure what was suppose to be there. ) I had to run the shower in order to fill up the jacuzzi. Hot water was hard to come by.

I love the employees! The ladies at front desk are very friendly!

I paid for a ocean view room and I got a room on the bottom floor barely could see the ocean and was right next to the pool which sucked just not what I paid for

I wasnt a big fan of the room . I expected the balcony and ocean view i was charged for . Instead i had a ground level room . Blocked by tall grass and everyone from the hotel and next door letting there dogs use the restroom outside of my window. My son also wasnt happy with size of the pool . There was also a large amount of nats flying around in the freshly prepared room ?

I liked the price compared to the other hotels in the area and the place was pretty quiet.the rooms was also well equipped and generous in size .

Was not very clean. A pile of trash sat in the corner over flowing for 2 days. Saw cockroaches around the trash and one in our room. Room was not very clean, everything was dusty and not wiped down. Stains on our bed sheets. Went to a cleaning person to ask about getting more towels, sent us to the office. Went there and they did not have any clean towels and wash rags and said try later. Didn’t get them until the next day. Parking lot was always full and it was very hard to find a place to park. People parking in the middle so no one could get to the other side without pulling back out and in again on the main strip.

The location was great! Loved the scenery and the balcony area. Great view

No AC in elevators, and key card was constantly not working.

Had to have air conditioner switched out the first night.Lady who checked us in was rude not friendly and acted like she did not want to be there or wait on us

Smell of weed everywhere. The first clerk that checked us in front desk was on the rude side, not very communicative, which gave a bad first impression.

It was fine for the money spent however one of our rooms smelt strong of cigarette smoke. And there was blood on the mattress pad, which showed through to the sheet. They immediately changed the air filter, sprayed the carpet in the room and changed the bedding and was very polite about it. However, the smell came back. Since the second room with JOANNE to another room that was not used the door was secured however, noise and the smell of weed burning going through to the children’s room and it was now air-conditioning unit in that room, which made it harder to circulate the air. The second room was perfect.

Room didn't seem thoroughly cleaned, there was sand on the floors when we first came into the room. AC broke about halfway through our trip luckily our unit had 2. Light fixture flickered when in use. Also a small note, the curtain didn't fit the whole window so it let in a lot of light in the morning when the kids were still sleeping.

The lazy river, small kitchenette, plenty of space for our family.

The bed was way too hard and the room smelt like cat spray. I'd say they probably just need to update the beds and maybe take the carpet out so that smell could leave or something.
