The unit next to us is separated only by an adjoining door so could clearly hear the other guests. We understand the reason being the age of the building and that it was a studio unit so we would probably book a full one bedroom next time to avoid possibility of the same situation.

Location, location, location! The river view from the patio can’t be beat! Accessibility and ease of walking to downtown and walking paths are a bonus. Our unit was updated and very clean which we appreciated. Communication with host/property manager was easy as well as the check in process. Had asked for special request of quiet location during booking and feel an attempt was made to satisfy the request. Pleased with service and stay … will not hesitate to stay there again.

Not enough cookware and only 3 forks. We only had a skillet and tiny saucepan. Also needs a better coffee pot with more than 3 cups.

Everything was wonderful, most incredible river views, totally remodeled, comfy bed. The gas fireplace was wonderful as the mornings were chilly.

The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. The blankets were thin and old. The staff did bring us a thicker blanket and quilt. The heater and refrigerator weren't a good cacophony in the middle of the night. The staff told us to try the fireplace to heat the place and that worked well. There were only a few plates, so I had to wash them by hand after every meal. There wasn't a large bowl for mixing salad. The shower curtain had black mold on it but the rest of the bathroom was clean. We couldn't side by side on the couch and watch TV, because they were on the same wall and we were unable to move the super heavy couch.

The location was perfect. We enjoyed the view of the river and watching the wildlife from the patio. We saw beautiful birds, squirrels and beavers! We also enjoyed the hike/bike trail along the river! The BBQ was the perfect size for 2. The pool and hot tub were at the right temperature. We pretty much had it all to ourselves! There was a nice large counter to prepare food and put supplies on. Had it not been for road construction, it would have been a straight shot to downtown.

The hot tub didn't work. The water was warm. The jets didn't work.

We loved how close we were to the river. The sound of the rapids is fantastic to sleep to. We also love how close to the park the property is. Great for walking dogs. We also liked the heated pool.

The buildings need some loving care. Handrails are pulling away from the wall. The pool area definitely needs cleaning and upgrades overall I think the maintenance outside the ground as far as landscaping was OK but the inside and outside definitely needs some maintenance.

Lack of privacy being so close to the riverside trail. The apartment really needs some thin curtains to allow in light while offering some privacy from passersby.

Location. I will definitely consider staying there again. I was able to work, including video calls with the high-speed internet. I did not go in the pool, but it looked inviting for family.

The bedding needs to be updated. A comforter would've been cozier. The living room needs more seating. Like a sectional, or a couple chairs. And the TV is tiny!

We loved the location, and view of the river so much! The condo was quiet, great fireplace, and well stocked kitchen.

Heater and fridge were noisy at night. Bring ear plugs and you'll be fine.

Both beds were comfy, great location, pool and hot tub were nice. Clean, updated place.
