I liked the A.C. was nice and cool in the room on a super hot day. I also needed to do laundry and there was a facility directly across the street. Bed was comfortable. I will stay here again.

My room was over 100 degrees when I checked in and it took 4+ hours to cool the room down to the high 70’s due to the older and poor performing cooling system so they should consider turning on their AC prior for rooms that they are giving to guests. I avoided the ice machine because it was disgusting. Purchased ice from the market across the street. Didn’t like the homeless dude camping out behind my room that was visible from the bathroom.

Location was well maintained and the pool was exceptionally clean.

It was noisy. The bathroom floor was not very clean. It looked like the construction workers had just left.

The glass tumblers and real coffee cups. Also the coffee maker in the room. The room did not feel crowded. They are obviously working on updates.

Very clean updated rooms. The entire property is clean as can be. Very pretty landscaping. I didn’t use the pool, but is was sparkling clean as well as the pool area.

Just the TV thing actually. It was surprisingly quiet. I expected noise and maybe some rowdy behavior from other lodgers but, didn't hear anything! Maybe I got lucky !

Room was clean everywhere. The heater / AC was good. The sink was interesting but worked fine and the toilet flushed quickly and quietly ! Bed was comfortable. Carpet and chairs were soft and comfortable. Didn't have the occasion to use the microwave or fridge but I'm pretty sure they would have been fine. I wish the TV had been a 'smart' TV but there were still plenty of options to watch.

We stayed in room 31 and there were some maintenance issues: The key would not turn in the door knob I had to have the manager come open the door. Upon looking at it later you had to jiggle the knob while turning it to open it. The wall outlet where the AC plugged into was sketchy, the entire electrical box was coming out of the wall and the paint near it looked like it had water damage (it was raised out). The tub faucet/spout assembly was loose and could move in and out of the wall. There was a towel hanger on the back of the bathroom door and it was barley attached to the door. We had to put towels down on the bathroom floor just to step on it because the tile floor was extremely cold.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, staff was friendly, and it is close to food, and gas.

Facilities are older but in good condition and kept very clean. It was a comfortable place to stay and in a great location! The owners take a lot of pride in the outside appearance of the property as well. They have even plated a cute little veggie garden!

It was off the road enough for a quiet night. Very nicely updated we upgraded to a nice room with all amenities and bonus spa tub. We were for one night only but an excellent price. I would definitely come again. The owners were very nice.

Having stayed a few times, over a few years, Cascade Lodge is a great value. It's an old style motel with a Mom/Pop feeling. The property is a bit dated, but everything is clean and functional. It's a great place to spend a night and feel safe and secure. The property is a single level, so no need to worry about stairs.
