United StatesWe had a very rough day of travel and arrived 20 minutes before 3 . We couldn't get in the front gate and when we called, the guy said there was no one on site to help us. Finally he appeared to let us in and explain how the gate lock worked. Turns out he was right next door! He was borderline rude and we expected better customer service.
Beautiful pool area and view. We had to ask the maids for several things that were missing from the room. They were very friendly and helpful.

CanadaThis is a sweet little hotel. The rooms are large and bright and the property is pretty and private. Some upgrades are needed, most importantly the mattresses, which are terrible. But we loved our deck and hanging by the pool. The kitchens and bathrooms were spacious and workable. The staff was very helpful.

Loved the room we rented. Comfortable beds and kitchen/eating area. The pool and hot tub were wonderful with great access to ice in that area. The rooms we rented had a lovely patio with table and seating, with shade. The only couple of minor things we noted were in the bathroom: there was minimal hand soap available, no ventilation or fan so that after 3 adults showering, the room was quite steamy and towels took a long time to dry, and the bathroom door would not close. I would definitely recommend BelleVue Oasis-Adults Only to all my family and friends.

United StatesThe layout of the room. The workings or not of the heater. The lack of explanation as to how the remotes worked and which were which. Instructions for the WiFi were not clear and never worked. The lighting in the room was inadequate as there was not a reading light on each side of the bed and the outlets in the room appeared to be loaded to capacity so did not know which or if (if there was space in them at all) could be plugged into safely. The shower head did not work well and because of the positioning always got water on the floor which was slippery and mat for floor was inadequate. Seriously if all the rooms were like this we would not stay here again but because of reviews we might try again in a different room, maybe.

United StatesFlooring in the rooms, while pretty, are very slippery when you’re getting out of the shower or just coming in from the pool. Just be aware that the provided coffee packet is for one or two cups, not a full pot of coffee. For that you’ll need to buy filters and ground coffee. Not a big deal but we had to adjust the fridge setting as everything froze which caused us to throw out some items that didn’t freeze well. Saw previous reviews about check in being a pain. I’d say it’s a little bit of a hassle as you need to communicate via email, which in my case went to my junk folder, and text and be sure to read through the instructions. I’d prefer face to face but it really wasn’t that bad. They were very nice and responsive via text.
Beautiful place in a nice neighborhood. Close drive to amenities. Housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful.
