We really wish there had been a book in this unit, giving local information such as: restaurant recommendations, where is the nearest grocery store, things to do in the area… as well as checkout information. The location is a bit away from things, so it would’ve been nice to get ideas on where to go, rather than having to figure it all out on our own.

The villa was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with nearly everything you’d need.

Beautiful Villa!!! Owners very welcoming and location perfect only 3mi from elderly family members we were there to visit. Lawn perfectly manicured with lots of flowers and trees. Inside the villa is exceptionally decorated and very comfortable! Will be my 1st choice if every in the area again! THANK YOU!

Sometimes the electrical outlet at the kitchen bar wouldn't work properly.

The house is beautiful with a great view out back. The house is very clean and spacious. You can use the garage and store your vehicle from the Florida sun. The beds are comfortable. There is a full kitchen with cooking sets and dishes, we had cooked dinners and hosted family for meals. Our trip was focused on visiting family for a graduation and this property was perfect for the job.

television programming was poor at best. We needed a streaming service like HULU or something similar. The tv system was very complicated.

Wonderful property, home, and hosts !!! In a word : perfect ! Very peaceful and quiet environment, and a VERY well-maintained property, and home, which is new, sparkling clean, and entirely comfortable. Great A/C and excellent, dependable WiFi. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and very nice bathrooms. Convenience of a spacious attached garage. Beautiful lanai and patio, which along with all windows at the rear of the house, have great views of the lake ! All of this, together with the perfectly friendly and welcoming hosts, make this an absolutely top-choice !! Many thanks !!

Absolutely amazing. Large, new, quiet, comfy stay. Fully equipped villa with terrace a lake view. Two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, possibility to park inside the garage. 5mins away from shops and restaurants, quiet area, privacy and full comfort
