The shower is really poor. Unsure if it’s pressure or needs a new head. Hairdryer could also do with being replaced. Overheated really quickly. Lack of lighting too. Main light and 1 lamp in lounge didn’t work.

The property was nice. Very close to the beach. Pool towels and some beach equipment are there to borrow. Communal pool is great too. Kids loved it was 8 feet at deep end.

The property was homey and had everything we needed plus some! Right across from the beach. They had outdoor grills which was also nice. Pool and dock to fish was also a plus.

Water pressure in shower could have been better.

We did not use the pool or go to the beach since we were in town to visit family but we enjoy having a two bedroom apartment to stay in instead of an hotel. We were only there 2 nights. The apartment was very well equipped and the owners were very response to question and supplied very clear directions. We will definitely say here again next time we are visiting the area!!

The only thing was there was a lot of construction going on due to the storms from last year. But that is completely understandable.

we had a fantastic time. What a nice place. the apartment was on the 1st floor, no damage from the storm. It was clean and tidy, everything was there. There was also a washing machine and dryer on the floor. you cross the street and you were on the beach. everything was there for the beach. The contact with Val was very nice. We ended up staying for 2 weeks and would love to come back next year

Great place to stay at. Rooms were very clean, kitchen was well equipped to cook a meal or two, and the place even came with beach chairs and an umbrella. Close proximity to the beach and the pool. The time we were there the pool was heated. Highly recommend it!

Living room tv remote broken, only 1 parking pass, so if your traveling with more than one vehicle, they must park .7 of a mile down the road for $2 dollars a day.

The condo was great, rooms were nice and the gam room was awesome.

It was nice, clean and comfy. Ready to use the kitchen. A nice pool with a good deck and well lighted at night! So close to beach entrance, Smuggler’s golf course and a minutes to John pass!

I love that it was less than 2 minutes of walking from the beach. Also, that it felt like we were right at home. It was beautiful on the inside and I give a 10 out of 10 highly recommend! I also noticed that they had books which I absolutely loved!

Only the fact that we was staying for 3 weeks and we thought that having cleaned towels and bed linen was included and it always is we're ever I have been.but there again it was sorted for me without no problem

We love the location just a short walk across the road to the beach and had a very nice size swimming pool on sight and not far for some lovely beaches and lovely shops in John pass and restaurants we see so many manatee and dolphins it was very relaxing thanks for a memorable stay 😀

That I had to pay for an extra parking pass when 6 people could slept there and the fact that if I had company coming 2 hours away from my location then why couldn’t I let them stay as long as it wasn’t over 6 guests and no washer and dryer in apt I had to pay for that also

For a privately owned unit, I expected what I normally get with an AirBnB or VRBO rental. This was a no-frills unit. No complimentary coffee or anything nice like that. There were lights that didn't work, and the water pressure was horrible making it a long and unpleasant process to shower. The furniture is getting worn out as well. You can see the multiple repairs on the kitchen chairs, The owner said they were planning on getting these items fixed they just hadn't done them yet. Had to kill 2 huge cockroaches while we were there too. They should have taken it off the market until they got things back in working order.

We didn’t like fooling with the door entry code every time we needed to close the door after the system timed out. Also, the most of electrical outlets didn’t work.

We liked the location, easy access to the beach and it wasn’t crowded due to first floor renovations. The condo was very clean and spacious.

The apartment is in complex with pool(big, with many tanning chairs)and bbq area, right by the pool fishing dock that very beautiful at night, It’s was 4 of us (two bedrooms with queen size comfortable beds (3-4 more people’s can in the apartment, there is two sleeping couches in the apartments ( living room and “office “,)Place itself clean in quiet areas, beach across the street,very nice for family with kids, thank you!
