The stay was a bit pricy for what is provided. The coffee maker is terrible. Should be replaced by a Keurig. Need instructions for the TV but we figured it out eventually.

Check in and moving around the resort was easy. Owners of the property let us check in early, which was great, and the room was everything we expected. Just a 5 minute drive to La Quinta Village.

The check in guard was very rude and it was dark and late and I am older and had a hard time finding it

My only complaint is that there were no extra towels in our room. I would have liked a couple of sets for 2 people.

The grounds were beautiful, nestled in the mountains of La Quinta. The pools were clean and even at night we enjoyed sitting by the pool. There are pretty fountains lit up at night giving the grounds a lovely ambiance.

There were simple fixes dollar store fixes. We were there a week. If you stayed 2 or 3 days, you may not care...Cutlery, plates and glasses are sparse, We bought dishwashing soap, hand soap, shampoo, garbage bags, paper towels, TP 'cause there either wasn't any or so little, we ran out. Only 2 packs of coffee. No housekeeping. No fresh towels. The unit could use some new paint, a through clean (air intake vents and dust). If I were the owner, I would want the feedback...not complaining, obviously they are busy and get the rates charged. But as much I liked the property, I might look for an unit which had some updated touches and attention to small stuff. FYI only...Coffee, restaurant only open weekends. Laundry can be done 12 minute drive away...nothing onsite.

The grounds and property maintenance are excellent. Beautiful to walk around, wonderful setting and back drop. Pools great! Parking easy. Exteriors and clubhouse are beautifully maintained!

I was a little unsure about parking. If I needed to park on street or I had a parking space. I parked on the street which was fine, but it could have been more explicit in email.

Very close to tennis tournament. Clean room. Everything in working order. I even got the TV to work which often gives me difficulty.

Bed wasn’t made, sheets and blankets were strewn on the floor. TV, fireplace didn’t work, I questioned whether the comforter was cleaned prior to our use because when we returned the bed was made but it looked like the same comforter.

Quiet, close to LaQuinta restaurants and shops, parking was good, very nice shower, fireplace was a nice touch and TV worked (after it was fixed). Coffee maker and frig worked well.

Amazing unit and location with a perfect large balcony to relax on. The complex is so awesome with many pools, great parking, quiet and peaceful etc.

Bed bugs! It was the first time ever I met bed bugs in my hotel room! I killed three bugs myself! I have photo to share if necessary. No clean of my room throughout any my nights spent there.

Close to Coachella shuttle bus stops, good hotel territory, decent swimming pool and cafe.

There Mon-Fri, 2 guests. Room contained two hand, face and wash cloths for the five days with no laundry facilities available. No hand soap and only one small container each of body soap, shampoo and conditioner. TV wouldn’t work. No phone contact info for rental company. Emailed them on Monday, received response on Friday.

Nice patio. Pretty view. Clean.

Not advised 2 separate ‘Villas’ on 2nd floor in addn 22 steps to reach the 2nd flr should absolutely be disclosed. After unlocking door w/code, came upon 2 separate unlocked entrances. Arrived @ 9pm after driving 6hrs. To my surprise @ 1130PM awoken as my phone rang w/an unknown caller # fr LA (due to the late night and not aware of caller, I didn’t answer). Close to midnight I was startled by front door bell ringing & ringing while my dogs are barking & barking plus there were no peep holes. From where I sat, slightly viewed out a side window noticing what I thought was the head of a grey haired Female. I then ran around to entrance and asked if I could help her, then a gentlemen turned around rudely exclaiming I was staying in incorrect portion of his ‘Villa’ then instructed me to pack up now & move to other side. Shocked by his rude mannerism he began showing me what basically is a studio section in his top floor ‘Villa.’ No effort has been placed to this addn. Before leaving I advised him 2 other TV’s in other areas were not functioning, his reply “all you have to do is reset it.” Then while attempting to settle in again I noticed area was dusty, had not been cleaned (vacuumed), no coffee provided for 4 cup coffee maker, nor basic condiments (salt/pepper) mismatched dinnerware, drinking glasses had film. Empty cleaning supplies incl Dawn bottle. Initially before arriving by email, Host asked me upon leaving premise Monday to place dog charges by chk underneath front doormat. Host texted me next day on Sat 2pm while on my way to a wedding (purpose of my stay) requesting to “come by for the check.” I’m attending a wedding then after a couple hrs I excused myself, drove 30 minutes away fr Palm Desert to LQ, withdrew CASH, left it underneath mat, texted Host advising him it was avail for p/up. Host then texted he would pick it up on Sunday!

Did not partake breakfast in the pool area

The first security guard we encountered at the main gate was not helpful.

Spacious when compared to a standard hotel room. Appliances all worked properly. Loved how close the property was to old town La Quinta (about 1 mile). I also enjoyed the mountain side view while drinking coffee out on the patio. Would definitely stay there again.

I did not get the room I paid for . . . There was no living room as stated in the description of Deluxe Junior Suite, the room was not clean (dust, crumbs in drawers, soiled tissue on the floor, food caked on silverware, personal items left behind, walkway leading to door not cleaned, pillow protector soiled with head oil/sweat) -

TV didn't work. Property manager responsive to issue but couldn't fix the problem during our stay. Interior walls between condos thin. Could hear the couple having an argument next door, and downstairs neighbor's voice in conversation. For the price, which is a little more than the La Qunita Embassy Suites, should provide nice coffee. Only offered opened bag of grounds in the cabinet - not sure how old. Very difficult to locate condo numbers on buildings, especially when arriving after dark.

No wi fi information in casitas, other than that stay was perfect. We’d stayed in larger unit before, although casitas was nice we prefer all facilities, kitchen washer and dryer larger unit supplies.
