Parking Small kids allowed in hot tub, mostly unsupervised Air conditioner right in front of toilet in bathroom (very poor location choice) We booked a Queen Jacuzzi room and were placed in a Full Jacuzzi room (no compensation offered) There was not an iron or hair dryer available as an amenity nor was there a place to hang towels or store bathroom essentials. For the cost of $400 per night there should be more consideration for the guests needs.

Some other reviews commented on the committee to the train tracks. the train goes by like every 4 to 6 hours, but it's easy to tune out once you know to expect it. but I wasn't a fan of is how strongly everything smelled of cigarette smoke because outside every single unit seemed to be chairs and an ashtray. there was a sliding door that you could open, but it was barred off but you couldn't actually go through the sliding door. Outside that door was the smoking area, so opening the door for some fresh air just let in that horrid smell There were also windows by the stove and the bathroom, so there was still capacity to let in fresh air, just not as much as I would have liked. I think the worst thing about this property was actually the beds. They didn't seem like they had been cleaned in a long time, and the blankets on top had some questionable stains across it. The mattress itself was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, just had to strip the bed first.

It's right on the beach which is a really great location period of the Wi-fi was reliable the entire time which really helped since I had some remote work to do there. it booked it for a week, and it was really spacious, had all the facilities they might need to cook, make coffee, and store some refrigerables. It really gave you everything you needed for a weekly stay. you had soap, sponges, bigger trash can, full size fridge, some baskets that you could put your fruit in, and bunches of little shampoo and soap bottles in the bathroom. It felt a lot more homely than some of the motels or hotels that you can find nearby, Even though I arrived after the office was closed for my check in, they had a number posted to reach a staff member and they helped me figure out the issue I had. Because I let them know ahead of time that I would be arriving around a certain time, they also reached out to me to let me know that the office would be closed, and then my vehicle pass and keys and information pamphlet was all inside the unit and gave me a way to access it. super kind staff when I interacted with them.

The cost did not reflect the condition of the room, which was very tired and in need of updating. The air-conditioning unit did not work and was clearly broken.

The location was excellent and the staff were very polite.

In the morning I texted the number that I had received a text from the day I booked the room that was asking me what time I would be arriving to check in. In the text I was asking if it would be ok to check out a little later than 10am, between 11 and 11:30am. I received a text back saying that was no problem and to hand keys into front desk by 11:30 at latest so they could let housekeepers know I had left. I sent another thank you text saying I really appreciated it. I then got a knock on my door from a housekeeper questioning why I wasnt checking out. After explaining to her I got permission to leave by 11:30 she said she was gonna double check with front desk because no one let her know. Shortly after there was another knock on my door and it was front desk worker telling me I had to leave and check out was at 10am. I asked him what number I had texted that told me 11:30 was ok? He asked to see my phone, read thru the texts, and told me "oh, ok 11:30 is fine. I just didnt see these messages on our log." I ended up apologizing for the inconvenience, however I feel like he should have apologized to me. When I handed in my keys to him an hour later by 11:30 I again said "sorry for the confusion" and again I didnt receive much of a response from him. I just felt like I was trying to be professional and polite by asking permission to check out later and then got treated like I was breaking rules.

There weren't enough towels in room for the five of us. The bath towels were small. I would of brought more larger towels if I knew how small theirs were. We had to keep getting more from the office. They were always happy to give us more though.

The location was great. We walked to shops, eateries and attractions. The suite we booked was fine for two nights for the five of us, although a little cramped we made the best of it. The kitchen was big with a door so when the bathroom was occupied we used the kitchen to dress or undress in. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna.
