Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was nice but someone left a vacuum cleaner in the room. I would have preferred the shower had a wide curtain rod for comfort reasons but it wasn't a deal breaker. The shower curtain did seem like it was ready to retire though. None of this was a major issue though, and by far not a deal breaker.
The location is good. The room was very clean and comfortable and the heat and air conditioner work very well. The location is quiet.

The smaller twin size mattresses for my kods were not very comfortable. Also we had a room further from the road and the traffic noise was pretty loud when you are trying to sleep at night.
Nice location and nice people. Room was not bad either for the price.

The jacuzzi was wonderful and even though you were on the parkway and above a shop inside the room wasn’t noisy at all.

The TV would probably have better viewing if it were on the wall.
Noise was none. Comfort was unique. Spa tub was great. Cleanliness was awesome. I guess my grandchild erased the code to get into our unit but, a staff politely okayed it and we in in no time!!! We will be back!

Had to climb steps to get to room. Not a big deal but something to be aware of if you bring a lot of luggage.
Very clean and staff were friendly. Check in process was very simple. Completed everything before arriving and received room number and code by email and text. So affordable!!

The only thing negative I have to say is prepare to be woken up each morning before 4am (with the exception of Sunday) to the garbage truck noisily dumping the dumpsters right behind the building and beeping loudly as it backs up. We were able to go back to sleep, but it's not a pleasant wake-up alarm in our opinion. The microwave was a bit small but still served the purpose. Some of the buttons did not work and the clock wasn't set correctly, but those were small inconveniences. The bed was very comfy, but the fitted sheet did not have deep enough pockets to keep it on the mattress and the topper; we just had to make sure to straighten it every day after sleeping.
Great location right on the parkway. There are actually a couple stores located right under the hotel room. You can also walk to several stores and restaurants easily without driving and getting in all the traffic. Very convenient keypad on door that is easy to enter the code privided and get right in. We called to check in when we arrived and never had to gp to the office. Wifi password was given and signal worked well. The room was very clean, had plenty clean towels and a very comfy bed. The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing and the jets worked well. The roku tv was a nice size and easy to use. Convenient microwave, mini fridge and table with 2 comfy chairs.

Trash pickup every morning at 4 am. Truck would wake us up. Seems like there were several trucks a day putting trash in their dumpsters. They weren’t staying there. Maybe from other properties or residents.
