We had the 3 twin beds and they were not comfortable.. more because it was harder for us to all fit in one bed with a 1yo but other than that can't complain....we wanted a cheap night before our condo so it was great for that kind of thing. If we wanted to spend more on one night we would have gotten bigger beds. But the bathtub wasn't cleaned all the way

I wish they had a shelf in the bathroom itself and a few hangers in the little closet type area. Breakfast would have been nice as well.

Love the location.. makes trips to the beach with kids more enjoyable.. the beds were very comfortable.. the air worked really well.. the pool water was clean and they had comfortable wicker chairs.

If you want a nice quiet stay as a couple, given the price and location be aware that there will be families with kids and younger adults, was kinda loud in the evenings and the pool was always crowded. Great hotel for families and couples who don’t mind the noise and chatter. I have to say though, it did quiet down after the 10 o’clock curfew.

The location and price. Also the housekeepers kept the towels fresh. Wish they would refill the coffee pods when they change our towels. Room was clean. Bought a broom to sweep up the sand each day, but that was no problem.

I didn't like that the website said breakfast included but it was only coffee offered and the pool needs umbrellas. I also got mop water dumped on me by an employee. Please be more cautious of where you're guests are walking below.

That the little restaurant/bar that is advertised and attached to the hotel was not open during our stay.

The location was great. The room was very comfortable and the view was awesome. We loved the pool and that you could see the ocean from it was a bonus.

The AC is ridiculously loud, we couldn’t sleep with it on at all so had to turn it off in order to get some rest, not ideal in August! Shower head was also hanging off the wall in our room. Not expecting the Ritz but needed a bit of improvement for the cost.

The front desk clerk. When I used the restroom before I checked in. No soap to wash my hands and no paper towels to dry my hands with and when I asked the clerk about it she told me they didn't have any REALLY. I probably won't stay there again

Now, to be fair, the hotel is a bit older, and some areas could use a little updating. I did notice minor things like ceiling stains or wear and tear that other reviews have mentioned, but honestly, that’s to be expected at a beachside resort. It didn’t bother me much and didn’t affect our stay. However, the one issue I think should really be addressed is the flooring. The floors stayed wet constantly likely due to a combination of the air conditioning and guests coming in from the pool or beach. The towels provided didn’t seem absorbent enough to handle this, and it became a bit of a safety hazard, especially for kids or elderly guests. This was really the only major downside.

One of the best things about this hotel was how convenient and accommodating it was for a large family. The location is unbeatable directly across the street from the beach, which made it super easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The pool area was never too crowded, which made it relaxing and stress-free for the kids. There’s even an ice cream shop located right downstairs, which the kids absolutely loved. Another major plus was the full-size refrigerator in the room it made storing snacks and drinks so much easier for a family our size.
