Good location Excellent breakfast Friendly staff Lovely pool and movies at the pool

Slow check in Room was dated Neighbours back to back with us were loud.

Good location short walk from beach. Decent facilities particularly for kids. Lazy river, sand play area and nightly poolside kids movies. Decent breakfast included. Lovely staff. Duck dive bar a pleasant place to get a drink by the pool when it is open (labor day may have led to it being closed while we were there).

Very very tired room with dirty floors. Our feet were filthy from walking round bare foot. We didn't see any bugs as others have reported in reviews but we did note an exterminator was on site the day we left. Insufficient bedding available for sofa bed. No kitchen supplies other than a coffee maker, fridge, and I think microwave? Can't recall as I did not use it. Nowhere to sit and eat. Only 2 chairs on balcony for 4 person room. No safe in room. The photos on the website are factual in terms of room furnishings but have clearly been taken with a wide angle lens and enhanced. My family couldn't believe I'd booked this place but when I showed them the photos they could see how I had thought it would be ok. We were only there 2 nights so it was fine, but I would not have stayed longer.

The rooms need updating. The bed sheets and rooms weren’t clean, and the bathroom needed more attention.

The location is great, the breakfast is substantial and the pool area are great. The food at the bar was really good as were the specialty cocktails.

The pool TV should show the sports channels during the day. The Saturday and Sunday staff were not a helpful or friendly as the staff on duty when we checked in on Friday. The DJ could play a bit longer 4:00 PM You should be able to bring a cooler to the pool instead of having to go to the room to refill, especially when your beer selection is so limited.

Bed bugs and rude manager. He acted like the bed bugs were part of the Florida vacation package Then we had 2 large roaches running around in our room

The staff were all wonderful and so friendly and accomodating. The room was nice, bathroom needed remodeling and we didn't know there wasn't a bath tub. We had a pool view which was perfect.

We have no complaints. We will stay there next time we go back to Cocoa Beach.

The property was clean and well maintained, facilities are great. The bar area is really nice and the breakfast was 10/10 Rooms super comfy and the stay was a pleasure.

Great location, the pool was amazing and had so much to do. Quick walk to the beach and the breakfast was impressive! Only stayed one night pre cruise, but will definitely stay again in the future!

Only down side was the bed was super hard.

Everything was great. Comfy room, lazy river, breakfast buffet, the bar and food. Love location, everything is near by stores restaurants. And walking distance from the beach. 100% recommend this hotel and will book again in near future

Definitely was a decent location close to the cruise port, beach was in walking distance, it was very lively, they had a live band which I enjoyed and the breakfast was decent.
