There be no towels or not enough towels in the room u have to ask for them an I think u shouldn't have to do that all hotel rooms should have enough towels in there for the guest

In desperate need of repairs! We have been stating here off and on for almost a decade. Cleanliness was lacking this year! We found a dirty sock under the bed. Bathroom was not clean. In addition, there were some punk children on the top floor who were spitting onto the hot tub and pool area and throwing food and trash at people. Despite numerous complaints, they continued their bad behavior.

The location is awesome! Close to everything! We love the pool and hot tub. And we have the ability to grill on the patio. It was especially nice since the weather was not cooperative this year!

Cleanliness.whole building could use a renovation. Elevators need maintenance.

The rooms were a bit runbown, outdated, and dirty. I’m not going to lie, I did check for bedbugs before we touched anything! The guy at the front desk was a bit rude but it could have just been a bad day.

The location is fantastic! It’s only a block from the center of Wildwood. We always stay on 8th floor so you get a beautiful view of the ocean and the amusements.

Handicap accessibility. If given anything past room 05 it’s a lot to walk if on a walker or crutches especially if given the room numbers 05-13 on any floor.

I don’t believe the hotel itself had a continental breakfast. There is a restaurant connected through the lobby however was not open at 8am.

Early check out, Water didn't hold it's temperature and expect to smell weed on a daily from other guests.

The location is great, spacious rooms and private balcony. The pool was a perfect temp and clean. While it could use some repairs everyone enjoyed their time at the pool and hot tubs.

The hotel is in major need of renovation. I have been going to the hotel for 29 years. The furniture is outdated and old ie. same lobby furniture for 29 yrs same bedroom furniture also.My full-size mattress was placed on a makeshift box spring which kept slipping of an onto the floor.The good thing is the price and proximity to the boardwalk.

Very noisy & not the most family friendly given the partying in/near our hotelall night. Weird placement of extra bed in kitchen. Check out time could be later.

Hair dryer was broken. No coffee in room,even though there was a coffee pot. Towels and toilet paper were very thin, not absorbent. Other guests were very noisy in the middle of the night.

Impossible to get towels for shower. No one at desk every time I went down to ask, various times of day. Water was leaking out of light into shower, no one came on any of my 4 nights to fix even though I reported. Room was not cleaned at all, only trash taken, I had to clean up my own floors daily. If I rent a room that sleeps 6, I expect to have towels to support that, not just 2. I continue to stay here because of location, but after this I think I’m moving on. Tons of places that are clean and have better service, and are more affordable. For the price I’m paying, there should some sort of basic service. What I’m expecting is not that high of an expectation.

The towels provided were small. There was no room service provided during our stay, I had to keep asking for stuff I needed. The hot tubs wouldn’t stay hot and it was more like a warm pool. The outlets suck, our blocks kept falling out.

Close to the beach and boardwalk. Pool was nice. Location was quiet. Beds were really comfy and the room was clean.

The room had no windows and barely any lights so it was extremely dark in there. They put us on the third floor right in the center of the pool so we couldn't even open the back door curtains since there were children and families constantly right outside. The shower went from too cold to too hot randomly or it was just cold. The toilet would also randomly start running and that with the AC was all just very loud. I like that the floors are not carpet but a doormat wouldn't kill them. The entrance to the foyer has really nice stone steps that are incredibly slick when wet. Our whole party almost ate stone after it rained

Loved how close it was to the beach. Rooms had comfortable beds and soft sheets. Good size for our group

The beds were AWFUL. They were not comfortable at all whatsoever. The pillows were terrible. It was not easy to sleep at all. Actually cut our trip short by a day because we were exhausted from not sleeping. The showers had next to no pressure and temperatures were not consistent. Went from comfortable to scalding hot to cold in the bat of an eye. Bathroom was also missing ceiling tiles which was kind of gross.

I loved the balcony. Went down to be able to listen to the concert going on and could hear the whole show from our balcony. The pool was nice and not crowded at all which was really nice. The hot tubs were the perfect temperature.

It could be cleaner, GF felt sand in her bed, hair left in bathroom, stuck in clean towels, towels were small and thin. Not all beds had top sheet. Small tvs, groups had party till 2am on patio, loud and yelling through the night. Check in and check out with signs saying check in 4pm, 10am no exceptions. Luggage carts need repair.

Great location especially for family with kids. Nice pool, w/2 zacuzzi tubs, large picnic area with 2 grills . Great view of moreys pier, the ocean, night life and festive. Ample beds, fridge, cook top coffee maker. Need drip coffee and filters.
