First room had cockroaches, was moved to another room quickly but the room didn’t look like it was cleaned very well. Shampoo and conditioner were nearly empty (brought my own). The rooftop bar and grill were closed. The grill opened on our 3rd day but closes early.

The parking garage was a bit difficult to maneuver through.

Loved the rooftop pool and view of the beach. The lady serving food on the rooftop was so lovely and sweet! We have allergies in our family and she was so understanding and helpful. The room was great and the surrounding restaurants were so very good, much better than our usual trip to Florida— where the food is overpriced and lackluster. We really enjoyed Virginia Beach and plan on returning as soon as we can.

Room was really small. Problem was the bath area. It was open inside of the room. So make sure you are going with you spouse or girlfriend. Because shower won't give you any privacy. :) Shower tap was broken, microwave worked sometimes and mostly horrible is the parking. Garage is so tiny and small that everytime you go up or down, you will have a fear that it's gonna scratch you car. You don't get any daily room service. If you stay more than 8 days, you will get a complementary room service, that's what we have been told from front desk.

The hotel was old and you could tell it. Plus, our room was right next to the door for the garage. Every time someone went in or out, the door slammed. Shaking our bed and waking us up. You could hear doors closing all night long.

The constant smell of cigarettes and weed coming from other rooms and balconies was extremely off putting, especially with having my kids there. A neighboring room for the first day or two was smoking so much that when the A.C. would turn on, our room would smell of Marijuana. Also, the noise of the cars and motorcycles kept us up very late each night.

The location and facility in general was nice.

Needs updated—spa bath with giant steepover to get in. Change room set up with bath door? Halls were dirty looking old carpet or floors that need painted. Other hotels in area are more updated. This could use a makeover.

Parking Garage 😒 (very tight) but they do have overflow parking right a cross the street, which is what I used and had no problems, safe area to park. Sofa bed was worn out. Don’t count on this as an extra sleeping space. We brought an air mattress to use as extra due to having 4 guests and only having double beds (small) AC works well but bedroom area was very cold and had moisture.

Staff were very friendly! A+ Quiet location. Decent rooms. Nice views! Secure hotel. Good restaurants close.

Someone who works there, came to room’s door around 2 am to complain because supposedly we was being so laud and we was sleeping. He said others guess and he heard us and he was so rude with us.

Parking garage was small/tight and hard to park in. Sauna wasn’t working. The roof top bar wasn’t open.

The bathroom was poorly designed. The toilet area was very small. The sink area was small. The width of the side of the tub was very wide, made it difficult to get in and out of the tub, which is where the shower was, for any age. The floor of our room was very gritty, not well cleaned from prior guests. Unfortunately, the people that were in room 414 were very loud both nights that we were there. They would talk and laugh until 2 o’clock in the morning. We did report this and in fairness they did offer us to switch rooms. On our first night of stay when they were so loud, we did knock on the door and asked them to be quiet because we were trying to sleep, they did lower their tones slightly. The next night they were loud until 2 o’clock in the morning. We decided not to change rooms because as I stated, we already asked them to keep the noise down thus we thought the next night might be a little better.

The lobby/1st floor was inaccessible to enter after 11pm which made it difficult for some in my party who had to walk to the second floor to access the elevators.

The rooftop pool has been opened and the proximity to several stores and restaurants were very convenient.

I was not pleased with their parking garage at all. Very narrow and hard to turn in, I actually damaged my car in the process. I do not recommend parking there especially when they charge per day for parking.
