The only thing I didn't like was the bed in our room. It was kind of uncomfortable. It may be time for a new mattress. But other than that, no complaints

The apartment was great. It was nice and clean and had plenty of room for my family of 6. If we come back I will most definitely be booking with this place again.

Elevator was sketchy. Only used it once used stairs after that. Was told chairs and umbrellas were available but wasn’t made clear it was $40 a day for them.

The parking was tricky to get into and out of without a compact vehicle and the parking was flooded most of the time we were there.

Close to beach. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Pool heated and cleaned daily. Chairs on side of building to watch sunset. Outdoor Shower to rinse off feet etc. Easy access. Quiet at night. Having Chairs and cooler to use was great.

The elevator had problems. Kept getting stuck. My husband and another man got stuck in it for about 10 min, very scary! It kept getting stuck on 4 th floor and not coming down. When we were checking in, the elevator was stuck and we almost had to carry luggage, etc up the stairs. The man at front desk said there was nothing he could do! Finally got it working because man beat on door and kept pushing buttons. Crazy! Someone came next day to repair.

The condo was the best! So comfortable and had everything you needed plus! Very clean!

We were on the pool side of the property. I thought I was renting a condo on the o ran side, but that’s my fault.

The condo was beautiful and clean. Just steps away from the beach. The beach was not too busy, but we were close to any activity and just a short drive to Clearwater

The pool was closed for 4 days on property. The parking under the building is a little tight if you have larger vehicle or truck due to columns. There’s only one parking space per condo.

different codes for various gates, doors and elevators was confusing. Parking was also an issue, stated additional parking avaiable from the city across the street, but where told by police this was no longer allowed and we had trouble finding parking for second car.

The pool is quite small and always busy.

Location is right beside the beach which was clean although quite busy during our stay in April. The property also provided deck chairs and umbrellas for our use.
