You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomStairway and shared corridors were very dusty and needed a clean. Shared areas were in need of some repairs, some of which were being carried out while we were there.
Location was great- right on the beach and close to some restaurants and bars. Very spacious and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed. Most importantly for us, it had good air conditioning!

The unit was updated and you could tell was professionally cleaned. Had all the amenities a family from out of state would need…bath and beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and some beach chairs/toys

United StatesWe had a few technical problems with the garage door remote. it would not open the garage entrance door. Also had to figure out how to lock the door when we left. Otherwise everything was great.
Right in the center of downtown Cocoa Beach, it's one of my favorite places to stay. It's within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, bars, and of course right on the beach.

CanadaExterior and Common areas - need cleaning and upgrade - kinda ugly. elevator and common areas dirty, elevator filthy and smelled of urine. Steps to beach rickety - will need replacing soon. Leak under the sink, light in bedroom didn’t work, handle on recliner broken.
Location, size - nice big rooms, size of beds, good AC, parking, clean, no mold or mildew, provided beach towels and gear, quiet, great and easy beach access.

United StatesBookings should not be given to places where remodeling and construction is currently happening. Lots of loud drilling, banging, unclean due to remodeling, very unsafe to walk around for nails, rocks, wood laying around. Scaffold hanging right outside balcony, master tv not working, not enough bath towels and toiletries for a party of 5.
