Ameerika Ühendriigid4 arvustustHeaOutside patio needs cleaning. I bought a broom to sweep which I left. Living room had only a couch. I bought kitchen hand towels as there were none. Sliding glass door in bedroom is very difficult to open. Bathroom sink faucet needs filter taken off and cleaned; only dribbles out. I would have done it but no pliers.

Ameerika Ühendriigid1 arvustusHeaIt wasn’t as clean as I would like. We stayed in number 2 and it was supposed to be to have a dishwasher and didn’t. The shower was really small with a wear flooring in it.
It was comfortable. Staff was awesome.

Ameerika Ühendriigid1 arvustus„It is not the same as in the photo”It was dirty. with many animals such as cockroaches, the sheets smelled too damp like they didn't wash the bedding and pillows for a long time, the smell in the place was equal to a lot of humidity and dirty and that bad smell didn't let you sleep! I think that even if they don't rent it, they need to wash the bedding often so that it doesn't smell musty.

The number provided was no longer valid. The company was no longer the agent who handled the property. She was helpful. She said she would have the new agent give us a call. No one called. I called her back and she gave me the phone number to the new agent. I called them and he was helpful. When we entered the apartment, there was several bags of dirty clothes left. There was trash under the sofa, and a bug crawling across the wall. I called the agent back and told him. He apologized, and said to leave the bags outside the door, and someone would pick them up. As we went through the apartment, we noticed several more things that was not done, mostly cleaning. For instance, the patio was not cleaned. The front floor was not sweep or mopped. There were coffee grounds still left in the pot. As a first impression, it was quite disappointing. Window seals were not dusted.
