The musky smell. I am a huge coffee drinker and couldn’t drink coffee because the last person burnt the coffee. Looks like it was never cleaned. I couldn’t have coffee. I didn’t like that the room was right next to the workers. They stare and don’t talk.

Great location. The pool was awesome and the food spot was cool looking. I liked that you had parking onsite. I thought the kitchenette was nice.

According to our booking records, we were expected to get a family room but they provided a standard room. I talked to the receptionist to provide us with a family room but she was not willing also they had vacant rooms.

We reserved 2 rooms and they were not close together. They only left 2 wash cloths for 4 people and when requested 2 more the maid was very rude about it.

Ants all over bathroom, shower drain clogged. Called office and they came right away with ant bait and cleaned the drain. The shower worked after but still ants the whole time.

There was a gap between the door and the door frame, let in a lot of noise, no hangers in the room, and only enough room to hang one towel in the bathroom.

Close to the boardwalk, cheap, beds were comfortable, a firestick in the room to sign onto streaming services, fairly clean.

Maid didn't come in once. I had to go over to get towels, wash clothes and trash bags plus sheets and bedding for the pull out sofa bed.

Room had lots of ants, foot prints all over the walls, no towels were in the room at all, door was extremely hard to open and wouldn’t lock back with the key, when we got towels from the staff they tried to act as if we were lying that we didn’t have towels to exchange off to begin with. No one was in the office for me to check out at 7 this morning door was locked and lights were off no staff around to help so I just left my keys on the dresser hopefully that was acceptable..

Room was very spacious, loved our porch area, and very nice pool area.

The door to the bathroom had clearly been kicked in, the tub was duct taped together, and most concerning…the balcony was pieced together with plywood so soft and rotten it had growth coming out of it and my heel would sink into certain parts. One section of balcony was oddly springy when walked on, and from underneath there is a visibly crack in the main support beam.

Super friendly staff with plenty of lounging space and a well maintained pool and quick snack-bar.

With this room we didn’t get any towels or wash cloths, plus our fridge was kind of working weirdly like it didn’t want to keep anything cool at first until I messed with the knob inside a little bit, also the shower curtain was a little too short so when we showered the water would escape causing puddles in the bathroom.

The property was close to the beach, no problem with check in, the pool was right by our room which was nice if we wanted to go there, there’s a nice place to eat right there, and all the stafff was nice.

The doors lacked proper insulation or molding, so we could clearly hear our neighbors talking outside—especially late at night. At one point, it felt like they were having a conversation right in the room with us around 1 a.m. Normally, this wouldn’t have bothered us, but since we have a one-year-old, we were just relieved he didn’t wake up.

The property featured a convenient food truck on-site, which was a great bonus. The food was great,especially considering the price. While the coffee wasn’t the best, everything else we tried was delicious. Overall, this was a great spot for a weekend getaway.

Hard time trying to get towels, garbage bags and toiletries. Housekeeping spoke very little English. Made you feel bad to try and ask for anything
