Nothing I didn't like

The best thing was receiving the code and getting in your room. Did not have to register at the front desk. It was great.

We loved Beach Bella! The pictures you see are exactly what you get. We stayed here with our family of 7, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the kitchen, perfect for home cooked meals. The condo came with everything we needed for fun on the beach. There was a shade tent, 4 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, and a wagon! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. You can walk to the restaurant Back Porch from the beach. It's a 22-minute walk on the beautiful beach. Stay here. You will not be disappointed. 10/10 highly recommend. We have already booked for spring break.

The condo is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator

It was clean, quiet and spacious.

We were located on the third floor with no elevator. The master bath was not handicap accessible. The commode was not high enough. Even though it is a nice condo, had I known that it was on the third floor I would not have rented it.

They put alot of effort to make the stay comfortable. Its the attention to detail that impressed me.

I hate that i didn't book for a full week

I loved everything about the stay! Location was perfect! The space was perfectly set up for our family! It was exceptionally clean! And the hosts were super accommodating and left exactly what we needed to answer any questions. I wouldn't book anywhere else next visit! Thanks for making our first time to Destin amazing! We will be back!

Well kept, close to everything,quiet

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our spring break getaway. The water park, "Big Kahuna," was less than a mile away, making it very convenient. The host provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions, and the guidebook had fantastic recommendations. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. This cozy condo exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and beautifully decorated in a beach décor. The private beach entrance was a great bonus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. We loved watching the sunrise and enjoying the amazing beach views. Our host was respectful of our privacy but always available when needed. They were attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. The popsicles for the kids were a delightful touch; they were so excited! This was the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided games, a beach bag, chairs, toys, and towels, making our stay even more memorable. We were impressed by the attention to detail. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, with amazing pillows. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. We cannot recommend Sean and his property, Beach Bella, highly enough! Sean did an amazing job ensuring our stay was pleasurable. His team was professional, efficient, and exceeded our expectations. Sean went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. I highly recommend them! 10/10!!

Very cozy, clean, with a pool, and backed up right against the beach. The host was very quick to respond and accommodating.

I loved that we was 3 minutes away from the beach, which was walking distance. Plus, we were surrounded by all types of souvenir shops, restaurants, water park, etc.

The only complaint I have is how bad the traffic can get in that area. Especially with me being from a very small town and we don't have that much traffic.

Beautiful, clean, accommodating

The condo was lovely and spacious for our party of six. The kitchen was well equipped and generously stocked with necessities. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. Pool towels are also a nice touch. We sat on the deck in the mornings and evenings, having coffee and enjoying the breeze. It's a smaller complex and wasn't very crowded. It's a couple of easy flights of steps up to the condo with a keyless entry. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to haul it all to the beach are provided. This was really nice as we had limited travel space. Beach access is very close and an easy walk. Our host, Sean, was exceptionally attentive and helpful. His hospitality made our stay comfortable and easy. He even decorated for my dad and his new wife's nuptials! It was very touching and was above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this rental, and you will not be disappointed!

Nothing at all

The location is great! It's right in between Sandestin and HarborWalk. Private beach access only 3-4 min walk. Clean pool area. The host was a great communicator and the condo was well stocked with beach needs and household commodities. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Make sure you get your bands from the condo, the staff at the beach checks for them. Which we enjoyed, it ensured the beach wasn't over crowded by people not staying there. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I love the location, easy walk to the beach and sit on the balcony and the apartment was really great. Even management took care of all our needs. We will be back again.

This was my first time booking an Air Bnb and with booking.com. I wish I could rate it with 20 stars. As soon as i booked I start getting messages and updates from the owner. My experience was excellent. I was traveling for my daughters birthday. When I arrived, there were birthday decorations in the dining area. The property was GREAT. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, had fun board and card games, the kitchen was very nice with everything you need! Overall, the property and owner were great and I look forward going again!

One can easily see that the owners of Beach Bella are driven by a passion for service to others and not simply for profit. This is evident in their attention to the minutest of details. The cleanliness of the home, the crisp white linen on the beds, the abundance of plush, clean, white towels, a well thought out binder of information on the property and things to do in the area all helped to make my family's first visit to Destin not our last. Another wonderful thing was that the owners didn't have any of those ridiculous check out requirements, which made my wife wanted to do more. My family and I would definitely stay at Beach Bella again and I would highly recommend it to other family members, friends or anyone visiting Destin.

It was a challenge going up three flights of stairs with stuff that first night after driving five hours but not hearing footsteps above us was a great trade-off and I need the exercise anyway.
