There is NO place to walk your dog on the property. When pets are permitted - one thinks there is a place to walk them. You need to go out on a busy street and it isn't safe.

When I reserved the room it was based on having a balcony and "city views". However, the city views was a HEAVY used FREEWAY. All night we had to contend with traffic noise. Instead of saying City Views, it should had said FREEWAY!!! Also there was a person staying above us and the first night they kept making noises like rolling the closet doors back and forth and stomping. We complained to the front desk. It stopped much later but we lost so much sleep. We were sleep deprived.

Ms. Jennifer, and the lady that was over the breakfast and the rest of the staff were very professional. Always had a smile, very helpful. Going out of their way to serve us.

Crowded parking lot, vicious speed bumps, and the building is in need of repairs (water intrusion visible on hallway walls). Furnishings are well-worn.

The tub did not drain very fast but it wasn't a big deal.

We love thiz hotel and the view when having breakfast is great. The breakfast was what you expect from a hotel but it good and there was plenty. The last time we stayed there it was getting run down a-bit. (the wallpaper in a few places were teared and it didn't seem clean) The place has had some up-grades and is very nice now.

Breakfast was pretty bad. Nothing was hot except the coffee and the coffee wasn't good. Selection was minimal.

Would have given a better rating but the water in the shower was extremely hot some days. Beds were a bit hard. Still would come back to stay at Baymont.

All staff we interacted with was friendly. Breakfast was pretty much the same every morning but it was still pretty good. Nice to have a hot breakfast.

The first night the office gave us inaccurate directions to the room--sending us in through the wrong door and causing a lot of extra walking--something that is very painful for me.

The beds were comfortable. I was impressed to see a maintenance employee stop and pick up a cigarette butt that someone left next to the ashtray..

The front desk needed the IDs of all the adults in my party, what the heck is that about? And then they photo copy them. I asked what for for and he just repeated we need the I'd of all the adults. Rude. The beds were terribly noisy and not very comfortable. Everytime you sit down or lay down, it was loud and clingy metal.

The property is a little tired, worn. Missing trim around ceiling, Sheetrock must have been cut to do wall repairs (several)- the Sheetrock squares were replaced-but it hasn’t been caulked, sanded and repainted. Bathroom needed sweeping- and there was a piece of plastic on the floor next to the bed.

Breakfast was good. Location is pretty central.
