I did the online checkin and it was a waste of time. She still asked me for all the same stuff. I told her I had done the online checkin and she said I had not because she would have the info. She later said simetimes Baymont/Wyndham doesnt send it. Very frustrating and insulting that she suggested I was lying.

The location, quality of bed, the indoor pool were all good.

It was a bit dated and overpriced for the condition of the hotel.

The property was in a good location right off of the highway. It was clean and comfortable.

No towles in pool area / staff said she couldn't give extra. Not enough breakfast/ they were out by 8 am when we checked out. Supposed to be served 6 am until 9 am front desk said they wouldn't set anymore out.

The precheck in did not work. I had to do everything I did on the precheck with the desk clerk. The precheck also assigned an upstairs room and there isn't an elevator. We specifically requested downstairs due to health reasons. Fortunately, even though the desk clerk was frustrated, she was able to get us checked into a downstairs room. No coffee pot in the room.

I like the location, price and way the staff helped us with a problem at check in.

They used WAY too much bleach/cleaning supplies on the sheets. It was so bad my pajamas smelled like it two days later.

Mattresses too hard. Maybe add some quilted mattress pads. That would be cost effective and help comfort greatly.

There was no coffee maker in the room which was very disappointing. Had to get dressed and go to the lobby for coffee in the morning. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor and we weren't aware until we went to our room. The lighting in the room was poor. The toilet was very low.

Air conditioner wasn't getting cool enough, needs to be fixed. Floor vinyl is coming up needs to be fixed. bathtub faucet needs to be replaced. old things in rooms like this need to be taken care of. Good clean place to stay just needs to be fixed up a little bit here and there.

The bed was a bit hard, but comfortable. The room was dated but clean and in good condition. The parking lot we not well lit. All these are petty complaints that will not keep us from another stay.

The room was nice and clean. Plus a hot breakfast was a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was little road noise so sleeping was easy.

The TV had NO guide for the channels….plus, TV didn’t have very good reception and the WiFi wasn’t very good either…hair dryer didn’t work…the carpet needed cleaned…not much to choose from for breakfast

It was in a good location for us to get up; have some breakfast and get on the road towards home…
