Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesIn general it was a great stay. The only thing I could complain about is that everything feels worn. Clean but worn out. The chair in our room had no support left in it and felt like a bean bag chair on stilts.
Hot breakfast was nice and the people at the front desk that we interacted with were kind and helpful.

United Stateswe found a bag of opened goldfish near the bed and the room had a slightly musty odor. the key cards only somewhat worked, and sadly the pool wasn’t open.
this staff were nice and helpful, and the beds were super comfy. everything was remotely clean and housekeeping was helpful. A/C was working & very cold. parking lot was easy to navigate.

United StatesIt doesn’t have signs that it has some negligence. For facilities I would give them a 3-Star rating.
I would give 5-Star rating to attentive staff. Always made sure my accommodations were satisfactory. Even though my room had heater problem, they were able to move me to a different room. They provide you with plenty of towels and if you need more, just let them know.

United StatesThe hotel has lots of lifeless live in guests. Witnessed drug use and was harassed by a live in addict. The hotel at times wreaked of marijuana smoke, it is a nonsmoking facility. The staff and cleanliness of inside the facility made up for the people living there.

United StatesElevator was broke down and a handicapped gentleman who's room was on the second floor was unable to get to his room. Through talking with other guests, he had been waiting by the elevator for 4 hours and when I came in he was still waiting near the entrance.
Love the breakfast. Did not have much as had plans to eat with family, but still enjoyed what I had.

United StatesTypical motel breakfast with eggs and sausage one day and biscuits and gravy the next. Also waffles, bagels, yogurt, fruit, hot and cold cereal. Staff was friendly, and lobby and breakfast area were super clean. Room fittings such as the curtains and tub area and popcorn ceilings were quite old but that didn't matter to us. Drains were slow but the person at the desk said she would tell the facilities management. The toilet was new at least.
