I did notice that the hallways and stairs to the pool looked like they needed a good vacuuming

Pool was not heated like it said. Breakfast was terrible. Room smelled moldy and we had to buy spray to cover the smell. The beds were horrible.

We were in room 203 and one of the beds made a popping sound when you moved! Refrigerator in room had to be replaced the door wouldn’t stay closed! The furnace/a/c was difficult to operate. The buttons would not work correctly! Not enough items on the breakfast menu.

It lists indoor heated pool- it was ICE cold and the lights looked like a safety hazard. It also states that they have exercise equipment- their workout room was still under some kind of renovation.

Excellent location, right off freeway and across from Walmart and restaurants. Marco's Pizza next door was delicious. Front desk staff were amazing! Bed was comfortable. LOVED the blackout curtains on window! Room was really dusty, bedspread stained, side of bed had something spilled on it, and room door didn't seal very well so it let in light and could hear people in hallway. Staff were all very nice, unfortunately the housekeepers didn't seem to understand English very well, which made communication difficult. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was fruit, yogurt, waffles, toast, oatmeal, and some mornings they also had oatmeal cream pie and muffins. Juice and coffee. Unfortunately no hot gluten free options, but rooms had frig and microwave so I bought stuff at Walmart. Overall a good stat and I would stay again.

Unfortunately, you can't move the motel, but road noise was terrible. A lot of loud vehicles. The door to my room did not fit the frame and had large gaps around it. Someone could break in very easily. The hot water was terrible. It barely got too lukewarm every night. I complained 3 times and got 3 different responses. 1, it should be hot. 2. that's not my job. 3. I'll check on it, with no follow up.

The staff was excellent. Especially Sunni the morning manager. She was very helpful and courteous. It was clean.

They need to pay more attention to checking you in. They charged my credit card 85.00$ for no reason at all and it took way to long for them to fix it.

In general facility in need of some maintenance. Noticed stains on bathroom ceiling microwave did not work, door to room had a sizeable gap when closed, ice machine in hallway was out of order. Had to go down to main level for ice

We weren't given a nice welcome when we arrived. He simply didn't say anything at all. They need to work on welcoming their guest with a quick hello and a smile.

1st room had a horrible smell. Moved me to a new room. It was better but the coffee pot in the room was broke and the hair dryer in the bathroom was not secure so I couldn’t use it.
