United StatesBathroom supplies such as shampoo, soap, etc. very limited; also, shower, I assume was for handicap since the shower was about even with the floor and when showering, water tended to flow throughout the br floor. Also, door to bathroom was blocked by b/r bar and shelf as was unable to close.

The bathroom sink was nicely, updated with a granite countertop, and the flooring was new. The bedding on the bed was very comfortable, but the bed mattress was way too soft and was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in.

I didn’t like that they wanted a deposit of 150.00 that could take up to 2 days to be put back on my card. I also didn’t like there was no toilet paper in the room and you couldn’t shut the bathroom door because of the way it was layer out

United StatesFirst room I was put into had no shower curtain and the phone didn’t work. Went to front desk and had to wait about 10 minutes to talk to someone because the door to the lobby was locked with a Be Back Soon sign. This happened several times during our stay. Staff showed no interest in helping or any friendliness day or night shift. Second room was on second floor and the room is dated but was clean and comfortable. For the price it served our purposes but definitely not someplace I’d want to go back to. Their outdoor pool is paved over and the parking lot is tricky to navigate. I asked them what time the free Breakfast was and they told me 7am -10am. First day I went down at 830am and all that was there was some apples, yogurt and a handful of muffins. No toaster, no bread no nothing. Wasn’t even any crumbs in the case to show there had been more. If you just want a cheap no thrills place to stay with a clean bed this will suit your needs. If you are looking for a good hotel with lots of amenities I suggest looking elsewhere.

United StatesThe hotel room had a broken heater, and we reserved a king room. They gave us a different room that was still cold but had two double beds. So, my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. The heater in this room didn't work great. We asked for extra blankets and was told they didn't have any. We had to make a late night trip to Walmart to purchase blankets to stay warm. Both rooms were dirty. Cob webs hanging from the ceiling, old blood or something on the side of sheets, nasty floors, etc. Had to clean the heater filter, so dusty it looked like dryer lint. Mold on walls. The parking lot was horrible, with hardly in parking spaces and construction going on. Wish i could download more photos of our horrible experience. Do not recommend this place.

United StatesThe smell of cigarette smoke was so strong that we had to turn this room down as my partner is allergic to cigarette smoke. At no point in the reservation were we given a choice between smoking or non/smoking room. We were shown another room but it was not a king-sized bed. I have requested a refund and hope Wyndham will do the right thing and honor my request.

United StatesI paid the guy at the front desk a $100 deposit which he said was for a pet deposit then after I went to work (30 mins away) they tried to make my husband pay another $160 for our pet or he had to get out! When I got off of work I paid the $160. When we checked out and got our $100 deposit back (not the $160 of course!) my phone started dinging an hour later where the same guy was manually trying to charge my card for the $100 again! He even went and looked at the room before reimbursing us! I had to file a complaint with my bank and cancel my card because he has our info! These people are thieves! Don’t stay there and if u do don’t pay with your card or they will try to steal $ from u!! Worst hotel experience ever!

I checked in the first day of Hurricane Helene, so all was chaos. There were 10 people in the Libby trying to check in, the young man at the counter had no internet, so had to use his phone for everything, even checking to see what rooms were available. HE WAS A FABULOUS YOUNG MAN! HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND KIND TO EACH GUEST, EVEN THOUGH SOME WERE IMPATIENT AND RUDE. I Checked in between 8:15 and 9:30 and I’m imagining his day was very, very long with all the hurricane issues. He deserves a GOLD STAR, and a big compliment!! And maybe a bonus! :-)
