The pool was closed and I wasn’t informed until an email on the morning of our last full day - the day we planned to get in. The business resent the welcome email except this time included that the pool was closed for a time slot before we arrived until after our stay.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Reserved parking in the garage. Excellent city and bay views from a wrap around balcony. Amazing sunset view. We stayed in a 2 BR with 2.5 BA which was great for our family of 4. The area has a separate walk/bike lane which makes it great to walk to get food or go shopping. It’s close to an ultra high-end shopping mall as well as typical stores.

While the apartment had several positive aspects, I was disappointed to find that there were no towel hangers in the bathrooms, which made it a bit inconvenient

The apartment is quite spacious, although it is slightly smaller than what was depicted in the photos. The beds are very comfortable, which made for a restful stay. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the beach and situated in a nice area. Additionally, the warm pool was a fantastic amenity that we enjoyed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

The lighting in the bathrooms is a little low. The dryer took a while to dry the clothes. There was a request to make sure that all the trash was taken out. I was surprised at the request given that we paid a $258.00 cleaning fee. That was very undesirable.

This unit was perfect for what we needed. The space was very open and clean. We travelled with 5 women so the extra baths made the trip even more comfortable. It was close to everything in Bay Harbour and within walking distance to many places. The beds were super soft. We slept well every night.

I do wish it had more dishes. Maybe 6-8 servings instead of only 4. Had to wash often. Also random suggestion is bigger main room couch for group seating and maybe mount TVs. Keeping kids away from tv was hard!

Very comfortable for group! Pool was nice and quiet. I do wish there was some shade up on pool deck with umbrellas or something! Balcony at unit was nice to sit outside and drink coffee in morning! Loved the open concept and easy for families.

The price of the parking is a bit high.

The space, the furnishing , cleanliness of the apartment, ambience and aesthetics. Basic amenities provided was very helpful and made the apartment feel like home. Check in was seamless, Alysia yje host was fantastic. She simplified everything. Proximity to everything needed,from shops to the beach made the apartment location great.
