Loved everything about this hotel. It felt like old school hospitality. Loved the 2 bedroom set up for families; loved the diverse breakfast options, as well as all the extras like being able to make your own trail mix, and having whoopie pies available in the afternoon. Laundry facilities were good, and my kids loved the pool & spa.

The Samsung TV reverted its configuration every time it turned on and off again. Meaning it required to redownload Netflix and log back in again. I have the same TV at home and it was unfortunate that Disney app was blocked and that Airplay was disabled.

Ample parking, easy to load and unload luggage with bellhop carts. A nice jaunt to the middle of town and surrounded by some great foodie restaurants right outside the hotel. Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub after some great hikes in Acadia National Park. Great towel service, well stocked. Loved the hydration stations in the lobby, including the excellent breakfast offered by - lots of options there. Enjoyed the genuine friendliness of the staff who were helpful and thoughtful all throughout our stay. The ground floor room, 121, facing the street was well decorated and offered lots of sunlight and privacy when needed. And at night there was great quietness and calm outside - at least there wasn't any noise pollution coming into the room.

We had to pay a $20 surcharge for a cot and then it wasn’t in the room when we arrived. We used the virtual assistant service to ask for an extra blanket and no one ever brought one to our room.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was beautiful. Location was convenient to all the area attractions.

Breakfast was delicious. The choices were plentiful. The Staff went out of their way to make sure you had everything. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, bus tour pick up. I loved relaxing on the front porch after going on adventures.

The toilet was dated, and was too low for my liking. The toilet lid seat fell heavily. That could use updating. Also, twice when we entered our room, we had the distinct smell of marijuana permeating in the room.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly… The breakfast was extensive and good. The laundry facilities were well-maintained.

It would be nice to have blackout curtains because the sun rises so early, but we just got up and started our day early each day.

The staff was extremely friendly and answered all questions we had. We we got to our room, our daughter who had just graduated from college, had the sweetest goodie bag and a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a card for her!! That was above and beyond!! The room was just what we needed and the beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was amazing everyday!! The staff that helped with breakfast did a phenomenal job keeping the food replenished and the area clean and they were so friendly! The location of the hotel was amazing! Just a short walk to all restaurants and shopping, but just far enough away to be out the hustle and bustle of the town.

The breakfast room was quite busy at peak times.

We arrived a bit early and received a warm welcome. Our room was ready a bit early so we dropped off our things and went exploring. All the hotel staff were friendly and really gave a great customer service experience. The hotel was spotless and there was always coffee.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the property.

Loved the location of property. Right in town and easy to walk everywhere. Really loved the fresh containers of ice water with fruit that was always available. Breakfast buffet was great each day. Loved the abundance of fresh flowers everywhere. Such a special touch! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful.
