Quiet, clean, and comfortable. There was some train noise in the evening but none after 10:00p.m. (that might not be typical) We took advantage of the pre-registration and self-check-in so we never interacted with any staff. It was very easy and convenient for us. Breakfast was continental but had poptarts and granola bars in addition to the usual hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, juice, and toast options. Laundromat and restaurants nearby (but likely too far for most people to want to walk to).

It looks a bit rough on the outside, but the rooms were great and the staff were super attentive even though they were offsite. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Limited areas to sit for a two queen room. Spent most of the time sitting on the bed. The corner where the table was had no light and one of the bedside lights did not work. The toilet was way too low to the ground and I know for some people that's not a bad thing for me it was not a good thing. And the trains, that was not fun either. Had to stop staff to get clean towels and toilet paper daily. They never came in and swept the floors or mop them and that needed to be done because you came right from the parking lot into the room.

For the price the room was okay. The bed was not too bad for comfort not great but not too bad. It was close to the freeway and there was a nice view of the bluffs.

Stayed here a few years ago and it was outdated and not good services. Now it is remodeled, fresh and very modern. A nice change. Great location in Fruita as well as convenient to the highway. Ease of parking near the room. Clean modern rooms. Love the code check in system to avoid having to go reception. Breakfast was decent even though it wasn’t a hot breakfast. Great value.

Shower head did need deliver a good stream to rinse off with. Very close to train tracks, and those trains blast their signal when going through. Window shade did not raise up, yet all you’d see would be car rear ends or the street.

I don’t want to say this in the chance they raise the price, but it’s the best place I’ve ever stayed in America for that price. Airbnb style check in is phenomenal, good little breakfast, incredible shower pressure and a comfortable, clean and quaint room. Huge fan, and immediate access to the highway. I do a rafting trip starting in Fruita once a year and this will be the first place I check next year.

While this was no big deal to my family, bfast is upstairs. So someone who is not able to climb stairs might need to request some other option.

I love motels… easy in and out. This was a great one! Keruig type machine in the room with more than just coffee… there was green tea and hot chocolate which my kids enjoyed. Keyless entry, didn’t have to check in in person, all info was texted to me and we could just go straight to our room. Breakfast was more than typical “cheap pastries”. Lots of good options!

Amazing experience after driving for 10 hours. Did not have to interact with any staff. Received door codes for the 2 booked rooms via text ahead of time and we were just able to walk in and be done with the day. Very homey and clean. Would have loved to be there for more than a night to just sleep. Would definitely stay again.

A/C a bit noisy. digital door lock not reliable ... many tries to gain entry. In summer, the western sun is hot making the digital door systems and knobs too hot to touch. Advise, a shade system on west side of motel setup in the summer. No bottled water available at breakfast on weekday from what I could surmise.
