Cleanliness,location .3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Security was excellent. 24 hours guard on the entrance makes you feel secure.The 2 pools are clean and not crowded. Private full size washer and dryer. Full kitchen. Ample parking space even at night.

There was nothing not to like!

Loved the location. Beach very access, pool was amazing & the walk to some restraunts/bars was easy. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

The view of the sea isn’t straight on and you can’t really see the beach though you can see the ocean.

The floor to ceiling windows in all the rooms but one. Also, the gleaming white tile floors. The whole unit was bright. It was easy to get to the beach for a walk.

Hot tub not working. Construction was very obnoxious, was every day including Sunday. Wrist bands were annoying. More chairs on patio would have been nice.

The view was absolutely gorgeous!! Our stay was wonderful. We were a group of 7 women, the weather seemed like it wouldn't be so great at the time of our visit, I was honestly worried we'd be cooped up in a small space, I was completely wrong, there was plenty of room for all of us to dine in, dress up, wash, and just be inside relaxing. The weather ended up great, so we were able to enjoy both of the beautiful pools, hot tub, and with the beach only a short walk away we were in heaven!!

Maybe we went at wrong time of year, but pools were very crowded and noisy. I also thought pricing to rent a canopy and chairs was too high. Very expensive..

I think the biggest problem would lie with housekeeping. There weren’t enough towels, 2 wash clothes with 4 guests, and no bath mats. The floors were highly polished and slippery. Master bath had no shampoo in the dispenser and the dispenser for shower gel was missing from the wall. The online photos showed a huge wrap around patio which in real life was a very small balcony that housed the air conditioning unit and 2 chairs. The A/C unit blew hot air on you if you sat in the chairs.

Very spacious and well maintained. The rooms were tastefully decorated. The view was very nice from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Truly enjoyed the stay.

Need more explanation on how the parking works when you first get there (i.e. pull up to the guard shack and security will sign you in and give you a tag for your vehicle), mold in master shower tile, master shower was tight due to the structure, bedroom w/2 queens had a missing shade so no privacy and hard to sleep in (we weren't notified of this either).

We loved the size of the condo, bedroom sizes, 3 full bathrooms, laundry access inside condo, fully equipped kitchen w/paper towels, kitchen soap, and dishes, location, access to the beach, beach towels that were provided, TV's, fan available in one of the guest rooms, great view, large pool and hot tub.

The Spectrum went out and did not come back while we were there. One pool was shut down for a day.

The ocean view was incredible! The staff were friendly and efficient. They promptly returned texts and addressed any issues. Exceptional staff!

You can’t have RVs on the property which ended up sucking for 10 minutes. Fortunately, a police officer was kind enough to let us park it at the station. no rvs on the property.

Didn't have enough towels for the number of guests we had - they did eventually fix. There were no hot pads. All fairly minor, just a little frustrating.

The condo was very nice, clean, great view, beds comfortable and most of the needed pans etc were available.

the door lock would open, they gave us a wrong code - no one were available to help out or answering phone calls, we waited 2-3 hours to get in the room.
