United StatesThis Best Western in Stuart did a great job. everything was easy, fast and the room was perfect. It was peaceful, quiet, the bed was very comfy, and everything ran as expected including fast wifi. I did a late check out where I even had to go over 30 minutes past the checkout time. They did mention that they charge 15$ for every hour thereafter. Upon checking out at the front desk. I asked if I would be charged the full $15 or if they prorated the minutes. I was ready to pay the charge fee but the nice lady receptionist, said that it was quite alright and did not have to pay the fee. To my surprise, I was relieved! That's great customer service people. pay attention! Thank you. I really thought all best western are low-grade hotels and it was going to be a subpar experience because they usually are, but the one in Stuart exceed my expectations. Nice job guys! I recommend this hotel.

after complaint was made. the new claning lady was wonderfull. she clean my rm the rest of my stay and was great

My husband said the breakfast was good - I’m vegan so there weren’t any real options for me - including a dairy free milk for my tea, so that was a bummer. The location was great, beds comfy, place clean, but I would get rid of the carpet - just felt a bit yucky.
