Sink & counter in bathroom very low should be updated.

Location was great close to event. Room was clean & bed comfortable. AC worked good no complaints. Breakfast was good staff kept everything filled for guests. Young man at front desk check in was friendly and professional.

No scrambled eggs. Your eggs are tasteless. Saw 2 ants in bathroom but front desk took care of that.

This Best Western in Stuart did a great job. everything was easy, fast and the room was perfect. It was peaceful, quiet, the bed was very comfy, and everything ran as expected including fast wifi. I did a late check out where I even had to go over 30 minutes past the checkout time. They did mention that they charge 15$ for every hour thereafter. Upon checking out at the front desk. I asked if I would be charged the full $15 or if they prorated the minutes. I was ready to pay the charge fee but the nice lady receptionist, said that it was quite alright and did not have to pay the fee. To my surprise, I was relieved! That's great customer service people. pay attention! Thank you. I really thought all best western are low-grade hotels and it was going to be a subpar experience because they usually are, but the one in Stuart exceed my expectations. Nice job guys! I recommend this hotel.

It was a bit loud because it is right on the highway. The air conditioner was a bit smelly so we didn't use it, luckily it was not a hot night

Like the vast majority of hotels here in the United States, they insist on having carpeted rooms. As soon as you open the door, the mold smell hits you like a punch in the chest.

Good beds, good bathroom, very good pool, and the included breakfast is good too.

The stay was great. The staff was friendly. My only issue was they did not have their restaurant/bar opened at all. Also big suggestion would be use bigger pillows. Your micro sized pillows made for a rough sleep. But beyond that I enjoyed my stay!

after they didnt clean my room.i made spoke to the front desk and the reasons he gave me was all bs. first he told me i put a do not disturb sign out. then said person working that day said i told her not to clean. all bs since i left the rm at 0800. 1/29/25 wed.was day in question. vacant bar. all set to serve and you aren't using it.

after complaint was made. the new claning lady was wonderfull. she clean my rm the rest of my stay and was great

Remove carpeting. Get some dairy free options.

My husband said the breakfast was good - I’m vegan so there weren’t any real options for me - including a dairy free milk for my tea, so that was a bummer. The location was great, beds comfy, place clean, but I would get rid of the carpet - just felt a bit yucky.
