There was only one elevator which was usually very slow. We ended up taking the stairs up 3 levels to our room. Good exercise but exhausting

The walls were very thin. You could hear the groups of people coming home at 4am and walking around in the room above you. I guess that’s expected in a place like Seaside.

Furniture was old. Could’ve been cleaner. There is a loose awning right outside the window. It was a windy night and it was clanking all night long, which made it very hard to sleep. Darker shades would help since the boardwalk lights shine through the white blinds.

Property could definitely use some updating. Fairly clean, just old and shabby.

2 main things were problems 1. Parking extremely limited at site and the rest was off site a block away. 2. The mattresses are literally crap. Our backs were destroyed the next day. Another point to mention is the one elevator takes 10 years to get to any of the floors from ground level this building is only 3 floors there's no reason to take that long. *No coffee makers

No iron which was upsetting. Most clothes get wrinkled in luggage so it would have been nice to have. If you stay there and prefer less noise ask for a room away from the pool. Remember the hotel is right on the boardwalk so you will hear the rides. This wasn't a bad thing for me but some people may care.

The staff was great. Amazing location right on the boardwalk. The arcade was right there along with many food options. The beach was right there as well and wasn't as busy as staying in the middle of the boardwalk. Rooms were nice for a shore hotel. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the shower was nice. Air conditioner was very cold which was nice. There is a place to get coffee and breakfast right on the other side of the pool which was very convenient. They have an ice machine which is awesome for filling your cooler before the beach.

If the garage lot is full, there is an additional parking lot up the street. The elevator is not the most user friendly!

Excellent location on the boardwalk! There is a bar and restaurant attached to the motel! The room did what it needed to do! There is a pool located in a courtyard type area (between the restaurant and motel). The parking garage under the motel is convenient if you can find a spot!

The only thing that I didn't like was the parking. There wasn't enough. We had to pay to park somewhere else.

I loved being directly on the boardwalk/beach. The room was clean and temperature was comfortable. The shower was better than I expected. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Our room window faced the street so it was a little noisy even after 11pm.

This property was very convenient to the beach and amusement park. We were given beach passes to use for the length of our stay since we booked more than 2 nights. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was right outside of the pool area.

The room was a little run down. The toilet didn't completely flush unless you held the handle down. Found pizza crust and a half full Gatorade bottle under the bed from previous people who were in that room.
