Bathroom was quite small & pocket door a bit fussy to use. No where to unpack toiletries. Also very small closet & a few drawers are not enough space for 2 adults to share

Great quiet location in walking distance to many shops & restaurant’s, beachfront access & lovely grounds. Comfortable clean room, stocked with lavender & tea tree soap’s & shampoo. Wonderful daily breakfast and afternoon snacks. Sabrina & Bel friendly & attentive.

Location was perfect, view of the ocean was right there, and we had a patio overlooking the ocean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and quiet. Overall great experience!

Room (Garnet) was a little small, but we didn’t spend much time there so that really wasn’t a big issue.

Outstanding service, great breakfast, very knowledgeable and helpful host, very convenient location. We were able to walk to/from the ferry terminal, grocery, and restaurants with ease.

Great little hotel, a gem. The location is perfect, the breakfast and 5pm wine and cookies were delightful. The staff was kind, welcoming knowledgeable. To rest, to find solace in the beauty around, especially low season was priceless. I will come back with pleasure as soon as I can.

Not a big issue at all but the refrigerator to store food and drinks was a bit small. There is room for a taller refrigerator.

The hosts were excellent. They went out of their way to help us find a tour and find a place to eat with most of the island being closed. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful - you have to try the breakfast potatoes and the blueberry pancakes.

Location, location, location! Right on the beach, wonderful views, quiet. we loved the king room with s e a view. Our favorite spot was the porch! Sat there for evening wine and cheese and for breakfast the next morning.

The location was great - easy walk from the Ferry and right on the Ocean. There was easy access to walk on the beach when the tide was out. The view was beautiful. The common sitting & eating area was very nice. Wine & appetizers at 5pm was nice and breakfast was delious! The staff were wonderful. There were several places to sit outside and enjoy the view, but it was windy during our visit so we enjoyed the view comfortably from the common area. It was lovely.

We stayed in the Pearl room. It was a bit on the small side, and I would have preferred a better view of the ocean.

The location is fabulous. It's close enough to the Old Harbor to be an easy walk from the ferry and yet far enough to feel quiet and secluded. We had a private outside entrance with a peek of the ocean. Both the breakfast and the afternoon wine hour were fabulous. Served in a comfortable and nicely furnished sitting room, there was an incredible variety of things to try, and the staff were amazingly kind and helpful. The afternoon cookies were my favorite - shortbread with chocolate!

Parking was tight

This message is for booking.com, not the property. First of all you were inaccurate with the address and therefore where we thought where we would be staying. Your inaccurate information made it confusing and upsetting for us. Fortunately we ended up liking where we stayed. But it would have been a nicer beginning if you had taken the time to be accurate. What we liked was that it had parking for us, a deck to view the water, within a few feet of the center, clean and quiet. Great staff.

Sabrina was welcoming to us upon check in and had a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary with Prosecco in our room. The room was spacious and exactly the Block Island coastal feel we were hoping for. The location is great! Short walk to the ferry and bars and restaurants. The breakfast spread was phenomenal with a perfect view! Thanks for an amazing stay. We will be back next summer for sure :)
