We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was no coffee maker in the room. We did not see a remote to the TV anywhere in the room, but we weren't planning to watch it anyway so we didn't ask about that. The lighting was a little confusing. Kind of inconvenient having to have the room key card inserted in the wall for the entry light to stay on longer than a minute. No dresser drawers. Somewhat of a modern vibe to the place. Had to go to the first floor for ice. No cups or ice buckets in the room.
The room was clean. I liked that there was no carpet. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the pillows. Slept very well. Breakfast was good.

United StatesIt was loud in the room due to the traffic, but nothing can really be done. The floor was not very clean, but everything else was. Breakfast was not the best, the warm sandwich and wrap was not good at all. I stuck to cereal. Liked the options of juice.
The location was good, but right on the highway, walls were paper thin. The lady at the front desk was over the top nice. She couldn't be sweeter. The guy upon check in was just quiet.

United StatesThere was a consistent bad smell throughout the hotel. It could have come from the farm across the street. Our room was on the very end and close to the highway. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the traffic. I even had 2 sound machines going. The interior noise was no issue. That part was quiet.

United StatesWe insisted on changing rooms because the first room we checked into had a terrible sewer odor. The man at the front desk seemed flustered and told us to run water through all the drains. We were eventually assigned to a different room with no odor.

There was also plenty of space to put luggage up on a bench. Also, there were many outlets available. The overall feel of the room was that of a college dorm room.
