Pool was closed and rooftop, gym was horrible. There are no treadmills or mats, water machine broken. Major amenities broken was a huge let down

The availability of the elevators! Always had to go up to go down!! No towels at check in. Room’s draperies were hanging off the rod so room wasn’t darkened to sleep. Just happen to ride the elevator with a hotel handyman and mentioned about our drapery so he came directly to our room , checked out the broken part and returned within minutes with a new part to install it!!!! Slept well in the dark😎

The elevator timing, had to wait several times for elevator to go down. The shower has terrible pressure. I did ask questions before my stay to the hotel but didn't hear a reply. We booked a king room and got 2 queens. When I asked the front desk attendant they said some of the king rooms were out of order, so they were short on rooms. At the time of check in they could of said something.

Everything went well except someone came into the room after we'd checked in and left. They took the TV remote and microwave. The remote provided later would not work to turn the TV off. We had housekeeping up at 11 to turn it off.

I love staying at the Hampton but this time was different the breakfast staff the African-American guy with loc who had a do rag on was very rude and was micromanaging me and other guests pulling us out the way saying excuse skews excuse me I don’t like mess no don’t put that right there and all around making me feel uncomfortable with his pushiness

The receptionist profiled me. I’m young and black but that shouldn’t ever matter, he thought I needed help. No I have a reservation good sir. No room service second day. Parking price was outrageous. Desk was not helpful tourism. They told us use the phones to find something. Human interaction still is importance but hey. Would I on back NO. Too expensive for nothing.

No restaurant or cafe inside the hotel. I was there to visit Northwestern Hospital and unfortunately there was no yogurt or soup in the refrigerator that I could purchase. Drew was so kind to find a cup of yogurt my husband could eat. Solid food was not agreeing with him that day. I am so appreciative that Drew went above and beyond what he needed to do. Jackie was also very good.

The room was cold when we arrived.

The staff were extremely helpful with directions and suggestions for services. The only bad thing was that my sister’s purse was ribbed while we ate at the Chipote’s restarsunt next door.
