Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe availability of the elevators! Always had to go up to go down!! No towels at check in. Room’s draperies were hanging off the rod so room wasn’t darkened to sleep. Just happen to ride the elevator with a hotel handyman and mentioned about our drapery so he came directly to our room , checked out the broken part and returned within minutes with a new part to install it!!!! Slept well in the dark😎

United StatesThe elevator timing, had to wait several times for elevator to go down. The shower has terrible pressure. I did ask questions before my stay to the hotel but didn't hear a reply. We booked a king room and got 2 queens. When I asked the front desk attendant they said some of the king rooms were out of order, so they were short on rooms. At the time of check in they could of said something.

United StatesNo restaurant or cafe inside the hotel. I was there to visit Northwestern Hospital and unfortunately there was no yogurt or soup in the refrigerator that I could purchase. Drew was so kind to find a cup of yogurt my husband could eat. Solid food was not agreeing with him that day. I am so appreciative that Drew went above and beyond what he needed to do. Jackie was also very good.
