The area the hotel is in is not the best but the security guard on premises and for the underground parking was reassuring.

Hotel a bit dated, only 1 bottle of water each day. Only a Korean supermarket nearby ( good for water & fruit). The area was a bit rundown.

The hotel was located in KoreaTown, area where hotel was, is a bit rundown. We used public transport from hotel to explore LA, able to get to Griffith Observatory, UCLA, LaBrea Tar Pitts, Rodeo Drive, Westfield century City. Also visited Queen Mary at longbeach, blue line gets you to long Beach, then take a water taxi for $1 across to Queen Mary. The hotel itself was clean & room a good size & comfortable. The bathroom with shower was clean & good water pressure. Room had a bar fridge which was handy & you get 1 free bottle of water each day. We took the Flyway bus from airport to union station & caught the bus 28 from the main road next to Union station. The staff at the hotel were all excellent.

The only thing that we have a little complaint about is the shower pressure. We liked the rain fall shower head, but the pressure could have been better.

The A/C unit is noisy and changes the thermostat setting on its own accord at random. It also leaks water several times a day.

Excellent free parking in an underground garage is a big plus for this hotel. (We had stayed here before on several occasions.) The Nespresso machine in the room is convenient.

The AC was kind of difficult to figure out as it was not the most standard AC I've seen in the hotels.

I loved that there was a shuttle service available to go around the city. Also appreciated the complimentary waters! The staff was very friendly and informative.

They could offer coffee or fruit or something basic in the morning, or a cold water/juice station. These little details make guests feel valued and comfortable, like it's special to be in that hotel. While the room, lobby and staff were very nice, there was little in the way of amenities.

Overall nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. It feels like a real hotel, since I am used to crappy highway motels. I appreciated the free parking - that was a very important factor in my decision to stay here.

From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The hotel’s welcoming, plush front entrance set the tone for a relaxing stay, and the free underground parking was a huge plus — convenient and hassle-free. The location couldn’t have been better. Centrally positioned, it made our daily trips to Riverside, Anaheim, and Santa Monica easy and efficient. Our double queen room was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two boys, 13 and 9), offering plenty of space for us and our luggage. The bathroom was spacious and upscale — the perfect place to unwind after a full day of exploring. All around, a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back!

parking had a security guard outside so I felt comfortable with leaving my car overnight in garage which is also a bonus to have parking connected to the hotel with elevator leading up to the rooms. the staff was very friendly and helpful as my tv didn't work when i got there but they fixed the issue right away. the room was quiet even though I was on the bottom floor. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Great location with plenty of buses nearby, friendly staff. Really good cleaning services, great value. We found this hotel only a couple of days before arrival and it was way cheaper tham similar hotels.
