I did not like the bed. I must have hit/scrapped my shin at least 3x while moving around the room. One bed (closest to the door) had very sharp edges. The 2nd bed (closet to the bathroom) had round/smooth edges. I also did not like that guest staying there ignored the no smoking sign in the elevators. We had our 6 month old with us and when we 1st arrived, the elevator smelled like someone had a lit cigarette in there.

I liked the location. Our room had a pool side view. I liked the fact that the room had a mini fridge and microwave.

Elevator on block 2 is extremely slow. Both ice machines in that block out of order during our 10 day stay. Room was only cleaned twice in 10 days, second time we had to ask for room to be cleaned.

We had issue with kids running around late at night kicking the doors. Not enough pool towels. Wish the pool area would stay open later than 11:00 on a Friday/Saturday night. Suggestion, the bar would make a ton of money if they did!

They will not clean your room daily, only at the 4th day of your stay which beat the purpose of a hotel. Needed to ask 2 days on a row for a crib and refreshment of the room (which means only clean towels) Bathroom needs a renovation You need to pay for every package $10 also if they arrive together. Was not a great hotel as the last time I stayed.

The room had a strong Clorox smell, in the website ir says is remodel and it was NOT the microwave had rust all the pics in the website looks all fancy and when we got there the rooms were not the same as the pictures. We ended up staying there anyway cause we couldn’t find another hotel near for like the same day check in

Our room was not the cleanest when we came in, as there was black dog hair left from the previous people. Our door handle was very messed up and unsafe. Our actual door was cockeyed which left a gap between the floor and the door which led all the cool air out and bugs in. Also, housekeeping banged on our door at 8 AM and then proceeded to just open the door before we could say anything, but thankfully, I have the door latched. Checkout was not until 11 AM. Not sure why we were woken up to that.

On our first night, there was a group of men talking /chatting around 2am-3am and we called the office and the office put us on hold and no response from them. We called several times until my husband had to let the group to leave. When we interacted with the staff, friendly but aggressive.(as in like they don’t care aggressive).

I like how the property is close to everything, so a walking distance to icon and groceries stores and restaurant no need to drive.

Location was key here. We were not going for them parks but if you are it's perfect. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

When we arrived the safe batteries had fallen out and tape was on the safe to hold them in, this had obviously failed. We called reception who sent an engineer who then taped the batteries back in. Water leaking from AC and pools on the floor. The cleaning was not thorough before or during the stay. Upon arrival there was hair at the top of the bathroom door, this was there the entire stay. Cleaning every 4 days in very hot environment is not a good choice. The door to our ground floor room lock did not auto lock every time we left and if we hadn’t noticed would have left our room open all day! The bathroom sticks and did not close and the phone stopped working after a few days and was not fixed after reporting.

The location was good and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping only comes every 4 days, however you can request for housekeeping sooner if you want (24hr notice). We requested for them to come on our day 3 as we were staying 6 nights. Upon our return to our room after a long day at the parks, there were fresh towels and the beds were made, however the floor had not been cleaned, the bathroom was still dirty and the basin still had every smudge and toothpaste still on it — this was not at all cleaned. After taking a shower, we had to wear our shoes immediately, otherwise our feet got so dirty. The pool was one thing that made me book this property as we knew we would want to plunge the minute we got settled. However, the water was so salty. My daughter was wearing goggles, but after just ten minutes in the pool, her eyes were red. We visited the pool on our check in day at around 6pm and there were no towels. We asked at the cafe where we could get towels. We were told they were bringing fresh towels. We waited nearly 40 minutes and still no towels were brought. We left the pool and went back to our room.

Comfortable beds. Lots of 'bathroom' space for us ladies who bring a lot of toiletries. Location was okay. On International Drive, close to many restaurants. Disney is quite a drive away, and with Uber or Lyft, it does add up if going multiple days. We did not eat on site. The lobby cafe was never open, so we either ordered in breakfast or went out for groceries. There was a little fridge int he room which came in handy and there was a microwae which we didn't use.
